is a bungalow,
thickness: 6 inch solid block that is used for the building walls.
the height of the building after over-site concrete/german floor is 3m

though i Inquired from a company here in Nigeria for Aluminium Roof (Parapet) per square meter,

and this was the reply, The price was slightly increased recently because of the exchange rate. It is now N17,500 /m. For 70m total shall be 17,500 x 70,

so this keep me wondering.

Please i need the house to help with rough estimate of that would complete 70 meters concrete parapet. Also which is cost effective from below types;

concrete parapet
aluminium parapet
precast parapet

to be honest with you, get exact cost would be difficult but you can get rough estimate.

for some reasons, like land topology(sand filling), location of land size of rooms, interior and exterior finishing.

hi,

I am also doing something like this but with building area of 231 sqm. though i stopped at DPC level to continue so by his grace.

so far, for the dpc level i have spent;(no filling and oversite concrete yet)

1500 blocks @ N150= N225000
20 tons of sharp sand @ N25000
20 tons of granite @ N65000
Uprooting of trees @ N15000

for the site preparation , excavation of foundation, foundation concrete , column base, foundation blockwork to dpc, (I spent N150k)

NOTE: I am also building in Ibadan.

Please try to buy all you require yourself or have idea of what you want, I believe it will help cut cost
