Nairaland GeneralI Need Financial Assistance by Kendaddy(op): 8:20pm On Oct 08, 2011
Hello Nairalanders,

If anyone out there is richly or comfortably blessed, please bless me as your widow’s might be able to afford. I am having serious financial setbacks and need help from wherever I can get from please. I need to settle school fees and books for my kids, but my 2 years unemployed state is not helping matters at this time. I have 2 fully developed proposals which require funding, but financing both projects has proved abortive to date.

You may indicate your willingness to assist me via kaysafe@gmail.com and I’ll be more than willing to provide all proofs required to elucidate my requests here please you all.  MY PROBLEMS ARE FOR REAL.

Thank you all.

Business To BusinessJv Partnership Required - Good Business Rois. by Kendaddy(op): 7:43pm On Aug 05, 2011
I have projects in real estates and clean technology in Lagos State requiring joint funding of N3.5B and presently require a partner that can contribute an equity of N105M to support in raising foreign funds for the 2 projects.

Both projects guarantees and promises good and profitable return on investments year in year out and detailed projects’ analysis will only be organized for serious-minded reviewers.

I am willing to offer potential partner/s reasonable level of equity in the projects, to buy out in 5 years.

ONLY SERIOUS BUSINESS-MINDED INDIVIDUALS should contact me at kaysafe@gmail.com with details of who you are, what you do, how you intend to meet-up this request and how soon, as projects are “shovel-ready” for funding. The real estate is billed to launch in 5 to 6 months from date funding is received.

Looking forward to a mutual business relationship.

Thank you and God bless.

Business To BusinessRe: Real Estate Construction Loan by Kendaddy(m): 4:03pm On Aug 05, 2011
Kemisco, I happen to have a new construction real estate project too that needs funding of about N900M and to tell you the truth, I have been sourcing for funds for 6 months now with no luck. No Nigeria bank would give loan to a new project without a solid collateral or security instrument and even the conditions, interest rates and so on attached to loan terms are suicidal and trying to get from abroad is not a Merry Christmas too, if you ask me. I am still on the look-out for foreign investors to partner with on equity, loan or joint venture agreement and truly believe God in his majesty will make a way for me.

The banking and financial systems in Nigeria is not business friendly at the moment and needless to say surprisingly, I was in one of the commercial banks lately and believe you me, the banking officer I held a chat with regarding international funding didn't know what SBLC or BG was and how it works. I had to dust my shoes and left in disarray, with a downcast feeling that probably most Nigerian bankers know little or nothing about international funding, talk-less of providing advisory services in that regard.

If I may suggest, why not speak with one or two investment or venture capital groups over there, depending on where you are at presently. You most likely will stand a better chance if you put a face to the project than applying from Nigeria, since their mind-set is always that deals coming from Nigeria are scams. If perhaps you know or someone knows a net-worthy individual who could put his dough on the table and agree on repayments. I wish I knew any actually. Just a suggestion. Thank you
