Just a hunch but you could try plugging it into your computer. With battery, then without battery.

Stl100-2, the thing is a brother was using it before now, on trying to change to a new user, the bbm messenger just went blank, nothing shows up. I tried security reset but nothing forthcoming. Pls help bosses. Thks

Update your OS first, see if the bbm comes on. I think 10.2.1.2977 is the latest.

When I got my z10 in April 2013 in Enugu, I got a 12 month warranty. Anyway, then it was 98k

Buying from Konga pre order isn't exactly BlackBerry price. Plus you have to think about importing and other expenses.

Its nt about population using a particular device(make i follow crowd),its about what a device functionality!..apart frm constant update..i dnt see anyway way the nexus device beats other top notch device like lg g2 and co.

The nexus has a very good android feel. I think it has higher optimisation than other android phones. Not a lot of worldly specs but it is really a good phone. I'm yet to use the LG G2 though, but I think the Nexus will go far in the comparison

Please don't buy any phone based on gsmarena comparisons. They are mostly true but not necessarily to the buyer's gain. Believe me, the S4 isn't all that. The Xperia Z is a better phone. It's not always about specs.

Please, does the 10.2.1.xxxx leak solve instagram keypad issues on z10?
