Babie make sure ur apn is correct, make sure ur bis is activated and make sure username and password on ur apn section is blank. Restart ur fone if possible.

In 10.2.1.xxxx, you don't need to side load instagram as such whatever keyboard issues from the side load realm are no longer an issue

MTN and etisalat bis are a hit and miss...the networks that work with BlackBerry 10 devices are glo and airtel
