When they have done what the law asked them to do, if u feel they didnt follow due process in achieving the result such then u will be tested in a law court. A court can declare that a law passed is unconstitutional but not when they are working towards doing their constitutional duties. If after they have acted, u suspect non compliance then u go to court. U cant stop them from acting at all.

No court order can stop the senate from doing what she is constitutionally empowered to do. That is their responsibility as recognised by the law of the land. So many precedence exists on this.
It's like u saying u have a court order asking the senate not to pass laws. The worst u can do is after doing what they are empowered to do from our law books, u can go ahead to test it ( law, decisions etc) in the law court.
Senate gonna do what the law asked them to do. Wike has failed again.
Senate, will receive it and junk it. Let wike sue the senate afterwards.

Is the appeal court the final court of arbitration for senatorial cases? I know the constitution was recently amended taking the final arbitration for Governorship election cases to the supreme court,I had assumed the same thing applied to the senatorial seats!! It would be strange if the senators who carried out the amendment wouild leave out their own cases and amend only that of the Governors.

Note, every single case lost at every single court, was lost by a lawyer. So you being a lawyer does not mean anything, and on this, it just shows your ignorance.

The only way he can remain a Senator is IF the Appeal Court grants a stay of execution, otherwise he will be removed. I will try and fish for the ruling from the SC that has however advised that no such stay should be granted anymore in election matters.

Why dont you mumu first educate me by posting links of any legislator,Governor etc who stepped down when the tribunal first ruled against them?

Prior to now the appeal court has been the final court of arbitration for Governorship and senatorial election petition but the constitution was was recently amended making the supreme court the final court for all the cases!!

My father was very fond of reading newspapers, When
ever he comes across any abuse of office or irregularity in
social services by the public officials, i can hear him hissing
and said this country is desperately in need of buhari. At
first i thought that the word "buhari" was a sinonym of
solution but i subsequently exposed to the reality that buhari
was a name of past nigerian president who has spirit of
goodwill to tranform nigeria. I asks father, who is that
buhari? He replied me that he was once a great nigerian

truth now that buhari has done what jonathan and the PDP

Let's say Margaret Ekpo represents the Niger deltan region as an Ibibio
Ladi Kwali represents the Middlebelt region as a Gbagyi woman
& Funmilayo Kuti represents the Western (yoruba speaking region)

I'd like to hear from Igbos (easternerns) and the Hausa-fulanis (core-northernerns), who are the most influential Igbo & Hausa-fulani women that ever lived??

Meanwhile somewhere in a jungle nation in west Africa, a frog eyed cretin like governor who was just recently (s)elected to the senate ordered the sack of all non-indigenes from his state's civil service. The sacked workers included his fellow tribesmen from neighbouring states and even people married to indigenes of his state. Even the long serving civil servants who started working before the state was split into two were sacked and asked to go to their new state's civil service.
