Do you wish to learn more and about what people in foreign lands savour each day and never having enough?
Well like the good old saying, "A prophet is never recognised in his home town".
For this same reason, lots of the Nigerian great minds have been "EXPORTED" (taken permanent residence abroad).
Philip Emagwali (the Nigerian who solve the age long unresolved mathematical calculation which brought about the Super Computer)

Bennett Omalu ( Chronic Traumatic
Encephalopathy [CTE] in sports athletes CTE and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder [PTSD] in military veterans
Neurodegenerative sequelae of acute, subacute and chronic neurotrauma Neuropathology of repetitive traumatic brain injury.

The above men are Nigerians amongst others who have created remarkable and indelible marks in history.
So what will you do with the information at my disposal?

Now let's go back to the drawing board,
we all at some point has studied a course or more in school and did series of projects.
If you can try tracking the number of projects scholars has done since the inception of education in Nigeria, you will agree with me that if one-tenth was implemented, this country will be by far better than what it is today.
I myself practice what I preach, I also crave for those fine things we see in the movies but not necessarily bringing all into our country, making here a junk yard.

It would shock someone here that I've gone ahead to research and develop much cheaper means of going into real estate investing: Houses that are affordable, construction-wise cost effective, cooler interior and can be owned by whatever income earning level you are on in Nigeria (Remember, I studied Building Technology)
and like I preach proudly Naija, be able to manifest/ bring to bear what you have learnt in your class room not just carrying about CERTIFICATES

People on this platform spoke ill of me when I did an article and cited an example using mini importation, well for the mini importers in the house, how are you guys coping with the Dollar and entire foreign exchange policy on going in Naija (I know you guys are smart and will always figure out a way), but what ever way you figure out, you all should know that pointing a finger on one means 4 others pointing back at you.
Our economy is dying by the day, much thanks to those who take our money out of the shores of our country, you inclusive.
see the picture below, it's a word for you...

Been Long you saw me, reason being that the international community crave my attention each minute cos of my teachings online on "How To Monetize Your Social Media" and every other platforms.
I've long decided not to share what I know anymore on this platform cos most people here have not realised that "the world economy has moved on", and people keep blaming the government on dollar-Naira rate while they forget that they each contribute this problem by adding every little cash at their disposal to the economy of other nations and refusing to work on the resources available here in Naija...
See the article below and get in touch with me for the possible way forward. ...

HERE COMES THE JOB MADE IN NIGERIA.
John Sadiq started the day early, having set his alarm clock
(MADE IN FINLAND) for 6am. While his teapot(MADE IN
CHINA) was perking, he shaved with his clipper(MADE IN
HONG KONG). He put on his shirt(MADE IN THE UK), and
designer jeans(MADE IN ITALY) and shoes(MADE IN THE
USA). After cooking his breakfast in his new electric cooker
(MADE IN INDIA) he sat down with his calculator(MADE IN
MEXICO) to see how much he could spend today. After
setting his watch(MADE IN TAIWAN) to his radio(MADE IN
VIETNAM) he got in his car(MADE IN GERMANY) filled with
petrol imported from (SAUDI ARABIA) and continued his
search for a good paying NIGERIAN job.
At the end of yet another discouraging and fruitless day
checking his computer(MADE IN MALAYSIA), John Sadiq
(Even his name John Sodiq is made in Europe and Asia.
Maybe his God is imported too. Lol) decided to relax for a
while. He put on his slippers(MADE IN BRAZIL) poured
himself a glass of wine(MADE IN SOUTH AFRICA), while
fiddling with his mobile phone(MADE IN SOUTH KOREA), and
then wondered why he cant find a good paying job in...
NIGERIA.
...
...
...
Fellow Nigerians, lets us start producing, let us start buying
made in NIGERIA goods. If our economy is to grow and
better jobs created, we must cease from being an economy
that is all about consuming(Importing), and become more of
a producing(Exporting) economy.
We must also change our mind set from over-patronizing
foreign products to the detriment of our own local brands.
Let's go back to the land to grow and patronise made in
Nigeria products. Let's stop insatiable appetites for foreign
foods and products.

# Buynaija
Please share, spread the message. Lets build a strong
economy for ourselves and our generations to come.

Good morning
Business / Re: Note For The 21st Century Youngsters... by kennethkaycee(m): 10:55am On Nov 02, 2015
Life isn't about 'finding' yourself. Life is about 'creating' yourself.

Stop the endless search for a greener pasture/better life, create one for yourself.

Two things happen to a searcher of greener pastures. Either:
1. He gets employed to plough d pasture by d owner or
2. He gets arrested for trespassing.

The land is still green. The harvest is sure. Create your world.

Much love!

Business / Note For The 21st Century Youngsters... by kennethkaycee(m): 3:56pm On Oct 29, 2015
This day and age where the world has become a global village, the 21st century youths are not ALIVE to the the reality of taking absolute ADVANTAGE and MAXIMISING THE UTILITY of the Social Media and INTERNET in general.
What "guys and gurls" do especially in this part of the world is take "Selfies", do parties and upload the pictures online, indulge in Chitchat with no benefits derived most times, comment and like social media topics and at the end wish to become as rich as Bill Gates (humour me)
Youths should wake up to the fact that their future is created by what they do today and not tomorrow.
We all should start looking towards the direction of what we would be doing 5,10,20 years from now cos I tell you the average youth is only concerned about what their grades is in school, where the next party and fun will be rather than looking much farther...
Start today to see the opportunities right in front of you.
The internet holds an endless stream of information which will build you a brighter future.
The Social media avails you the opportunity to become a much better person, help you market yourself to the world and make you tons of Fortune.
Let me cut you in on one of the latest developments in the job market, do you know that one of the major criteria for recruitment in most agencies include your provision of your social media handle, these companies go into your profile and see your activities on the social media over years, and if they find you to have exciting log that show active participation in entrepreneurial activities also especially habits they think they will find useful for promoting their brands, YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY HIRED!!!
So it's about time you started building your online "STREET CREDIBILITY".
FOR STARTERS, I'LL PERSONALLY TEACH YOU HOW TO MONETISE YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS WITH NO LIMITS TO ANY.

HAVE A BLESSED DAY

WHAT'S YOUR GOAL TODAY?

Business / It's Promo Time $$$ Who Needs A Freeby??? by kennethkaycee(m): 9:50am On Aug 11, 2015
Hurray,
this promo has never been better shocked
Kentonado World has just extended its promo to all Nairalanders and here's how it works:
If you have been following my write up
https://www.nairaland.com/2474724/becoming-successful-entrepreneur-eye-opener
you'd have seen that it offers FINANCIAL LITERACY which is not taught in our schools (we are only taught to become good employees as to work out someone else dreams, but my opinion is why don't you work on your own DREAMS)
Cos guess what someone else may have in store for you "NOT MUCH" undecided undecided cry
This promo which started in tertiary institutions in Lagos and to spread across the 36 states is to enable youths become financially literate.
There's been clamoring for this on going promo to jump states, and some would like copies but are "financially buoyant"...
So we've tuned up the juice, and this is how you get a free copy plus delivery:
● Do you have friends who may be seeking financial literacy?
● Do you have people who would like a plan-B investment opportunity?
● A there people in your circle of friends and acquaintances looking to earn more money?

Direct them to this posts, rebroadcast all posts I've done regarding financial literacy and keep these posts trending on your social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc)
Get them to subscribe and get your copy for free.
After your first five have ordered and you have gotten yours free, subsequent order will get you commissions which would be paid directly into your account.
It's like recommending a movie to a friend, but this time you get to be rewarded, like I mentioned earlier in one of my posts that, "YOU'RE A WALKING BILL BOARD FOR ANY COMPANY'S COMMODITY".
You can start with mine grin
To participate, send your name and phone number to me (see my signature for my contact details)
Your phone number would serve as your unique identity through which rewards will be traced to you as the referrer.
Thanks.
Your Humble Servant
Kenneth.
