2) The agents of the parties (not representatives of the candidates are the accredited agents to sign and receive the official results of the elections from INEC
3) It's members of the party that move from Houses to houses, streets to streets, wards to wards in all 776 LGAs and 36 States, convincing the electorates to vote for the party
