In a video that was posted on his verified X handle, SP Edafe Bright, has narrated how a Delta woman killed her husband and also injured two of her alleged female enemies.



While talking in the video (between 0-2:30 minute), Bright said, "We've got another sad murder case. This time around, it's a case of a 36 years old woman, after a quarrel that she is even yet to disclose, took a machete and machetes her husband five times. After killing her husband, she sent her daughter to go and call a neighbour, when the neighbour came to the house, she used the same machete on that woman.

"It did not end there, she carried her two children and picked a hammer, went to the house of another woman on the street and lied to the woman that her husband was beating her third child. When the woman bent down to pick some things and follow her, she used the hammer on her head. This is the machete she used on her husband, the blood stain is still there. She was using the hammer to hit the second lady until somebody saw her and raised an alarm.

"As I am speaking to you, the husband is dead, the other two women; they are in critical condition at the hospital. She's yet to tell us the motive for the killings. When we question her, she will say something else today, tomorrow she would say another thing."

I don't see Atiku as an ideologue or a principled individual, consumed with the love for Nigeria and convinced in Obi's capabilities to concede presidency to Obi. This is Atiku that has contested every presidential election since 2007, regardless of where the position were zoned. He is in the coalition to get the ticket. Obi knows this and he would gladly accept to be his VP, after he has been "dollar-defeated" in the primaries.

Oseloka, Tanko, Aisha and the rest know that Obi is likely to be Atiku's VP candidate. They are saying all they have been saying over the past few days to alley the fear and concerns of some skeptical hardcore Obidients. Once the primaries has been concluded and Obi "dollar-defeated", they would start changing their tune slowly and "encourage" Obi to be Atiku's running mate.

Once Obi "accepts" to be Atiku's running mate, we would start hearing things like: "Obi will be in charge of economy", "Obi will be the most powerful VP", "Atiku has agreed to do only one term" etc. .

In actual fact, the VP position is not really strong, even in America. Atiku would want to do more than one term, if they win. Their relationship might not last six months after the election, partly because Atiku would be surrounded by Northern cabals and Obidients will not stay silent. 2026 Tax Reforms: Man speaks out as barber imposes VAT on customers, shares proof
A Nigerian man has sparked conversation online after calling out his barber for adding a 7.5% Value Added Tax (VAT) to customers’ bills.

According to a viral notice shared online, the barber informed customers that starting from January 1, 2026, a 7.5% VAT would be added to every payment made at the shop.



The barber explained that the decision was in compliance with new mandatory regulations by the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS).

This comes amid the federal government’s enforcement of tax policies expected to take effect this year.


The notice also apologised for any inconvenience caused and thanked customers for their continued support, adding that the business looks forward to serving them better.

However, many internet users did not find the move amusing, questioning when barbers began charging VAT like large corporations.

Reactions quickly followed online. One commentator wrote, “So after a ₦5k haircut, I’ll now pay VAT? Nigeria is not a real place.”

Another added, “Small businesses are just trying to survive. If FIRS dey disturb them, what do you expect?”

Whether it is strict compliance or unnecessary overreach, one thing is clear, even a simple haircut is no longer safe from VAT conversations in Nigeria.
