In primary school I knew all the teachers and the class they teach

In secondary school I knew half the teachers, especially the ones with a reputation for being mean and "flogs" a lot

At the university, though I was in Electrical Engineering I knew lecturers from other departments so saying how she knew him don't hold.

I don't want to sound like I am defending this one, but I have witnessed first hand a wrong accusations.

i have seen wrong accusations too but if u read the blog, there were other students at the scene who jeered at him. For he is known for such act.

From my observation of society, whenever a rape/sexual assault issue is brought up, the guy is immediately taken to be guilty.

The person who is first to report a matter is always deemed innocent until the second party counters. I am not here to defend the man, but at least lets give him the benefit of doubt else we are no better than people who set someone ablaze when we hear screams of "theif theif"

1. The man had said he doesn't stay in the school, contrary to what was reported, and if he doesn't stay in the school what were the chances of him seeing the girl at late hours?

2. According to the report he was drunk, the man says he doesn't drink.

3. Even more interesting is the fact that he doesn't teach junior secondary.

The question now is, why then would a kid lie against him or accuse him of sexual assault. What is her motive or gain? Did she actually say she was sexually assaulted or that the mom is misinterpreting things? Isn't that why we have police and courts?

if he doesnt teach junior high, then how come the girl knows him?

After changing my nokia c3 casing and battery, my fone has refused to recognise my mtn sim.
