It's been months, so good to be back on this thread. My first semester is over with correct result, porting on to the next one by His grace. Compliments of the season folks. @ Kennycooly...like i told u b4 not to worry,cos its a minor stuff,instead commit everytin in prayers@ what ojooyelakin said abt his friend that was delayed cos he made a similar mistake,it was just a coincidence,the reason for the delay was not cos of the mistake buh rather was as a result of home ties and insufficient fund in which the sponsor had up 85m,one thing u shuld know is that there is no amount of document that u will put that will make u to say that u re on point,rather is just the grace nd favour of God.pray and panic less...Its well!

Is your sponsor bear same surname with you? If YES then you have to pray hard .... But if NO you are on saver side small but still yet you need to pray hard because prayer does it all ... It happened to a Frd of mine like this and he was delayed for reason of They don't think he will come back and insufficient fund ( where his dad used account of closing balance of 89M to sponsored him ) lol not VO fault anyway but his ( my Frd) fault ... Though he was now in Canada after second attempt ... Pray had bro ... Prayer can do anything ...

Download Adobe Acrobat Pro trial. I used it to separate, arrange and compile all my scanned pdfs. For example, you can use it to pull out the page with the tuition receipt from the LOA doc and insert it in the proof of fin docs. I've also seen here on this forum that it is possible to just copy and paste your pdfs in Microsoft word and then use it to edit your pdfs (but I haven't tried this out tho)

Schedule 1 is your TRV application. You need to fill that bruv.
Your letter of employment (past or present) can go under your letter of explanation doc if you are not the one sponsoring. If you are your sponsor, simply edit your pdf (using any of those ways I've suggested) and get your current letter of employment in your proof of fin docs. I think your past employment details can remain in your Letter of explanation doc.

This is my first tym... and by His Grace last through this means...really hard fears but prayed real hard... infact was scared of this 'not same surname stuff" so just hard to park enof proof that we are related...my sponsor is my maternal uncle

What semester are you trying to register for in the school that offered you admission?
Anyway, if I were in your shoes, I'd still state that I am working... for one thing, it's the truth. Also, having a job will in no case discredit your application, if anything it's a plus, even if it's just for a few months. Also, the VO can understand that you don't qualify for a study leave but you may also explain in your letter of explanation that you are not eligible for one. Mind you, having a personal statement of account, in my opinion, could serve as a strong home tie. The funds in it will not matter much since you are not the sponsor.

Speaking about your sponsor. Hmmm! this is a bit tricky. I understand that getting another sponsor (that is a close relative and has a lot more funds to show in his SOA) is difficult. So, if I were you and I had no other choice, I'd go ahead and still use him (esp for the fact that his company has stated his income)...but I'll be extra-convincing; You can have him notarize a sponsorship letter and/or have him address a letter of consent to the Visa Officer stating that he "is willing/happy to sponsor you throughout the academic program". Yes, add the land docs you suggested and your dad's SOA if possible. (Remember to state in your form that your uncle will be sponsoring and not your father so that the VO is clear whose financial doc to primarily assess).

The way I see it, you have nothing to lose but a few bucks (about 40k)... which is just a very small percentage of the funds you will spending on the whole Canada P... If you intend to enrol this winter semester, my broda, you have to hurry up o...

Bro there is always one fact, you don't need to rush yourself, take your time to secure another good SOA then you can go ahead with it .... Don't rush in anything ... There is no way somebody will sponsor you to Canada with #2M closing balance ( your sponsor have some bills to pay out of this 2M, especially your sponsor based in USA where there are lots of bills waiting for him every goddamn day ) ... Try to access yourself with it ... Put yourself in VO shoes and think about it .... Forget about winter bro focus on fall if you can secure good SOA by then ... My advise though ... Truth is bitter anyway !
