Mechanics96: Wow, intriguing!
Let's start from here; some two stroke engines use valves, an example is the marine two stroke diesel engine. In this type of engine the cam on the camshaft controls fuel injection and valve timing. Generally, 2 stroke diesel engines have exhaust valve(poppet valves)(may not use cams, though).
Let's learn from you! Thanks bro.... |

Two Stroke Engine has no valves but uses ports. Cams control the opening and closing of the valves-timing. How come some two stroke engines have cams and what are the cams used for? What type of two stroke engine is that?
i just say make i try ni. |
Education › Re: Does A Thread For Engineering Aspirants Exist?? by kennyjam: 12:16am On Sep 19, 2017 |
Mechanics96: Nice one, compressors are used to increase the pressure of gases while pumps are used for the same purpose in liquids.
In ships hydrophore system however, compressed air is not used to pump liquid, an hydrophore pump(a kind of centrifugal pump) is used. What compressed air does is to provide head pressure above the liquid surface, head pressure ensures that water gets to the highest possible level.
Compressed air builds head pressure , so that water can reach up to highest level and remote places. yeah bro.... i have PMed u. Hope to get more qstns, ask u qstns and learn from you. |

Mechanics96: Getting dull; Can someone please tell us the difference between a compressor and a pump? okay... let's create a whatsapp group for this. i am pretty sure you wont regret it. Compressor is for air and pump is for liquid. The compressed air can also be used to pump liquid e.g a Ship's Hydrophore system works on that aspect. let me narrow it that way, sir! |

hobyner: Not necessarily, our brains adapts quite faster than we think. And asking people for help isn't a bad idea to start with. @kennyjam do what gets you solutions faster and if u need to ask questions then ask, I will make time to answer. Cheers I get you bro.. Thanks |

greatface: Have one thing in mind; "programming requires good brain" which you must not necessarily have at the start but try to develop it as you learn. To solve algorithms you will need it.
Learn to research on google or any search engine of your choosing and most importantly try to solve them yourself before asking people's help.
Good Luck. Thanks bro! |
Programming › Re: Teach Yourself To Code by kennyjam: 7:54pm On Sep 17, 2017 |
greatface: I read my post again to verify what I posted earlier but then, I don't seem to know what was unclear or wrong with the orignal post.
1. Programming Requires Good Brain For Solving Algorithms(problems) But You Must Not "Necessarily" Have It Before You Start Learning. You Can Develop It While You "Learn".
2. Make Google Or It's Rivals Your Friend For Research Purposes. Because You Will Research A Lot As You Go Deeper.
3. Try To Solve Any Problem By Yourself(Give It Your Best Attempt) Before You Ask Others For Help.
NOTE: The People Will Not Be There Always And At Desired Time To Help You Out. For Me, I Have Asked Many Questions Here And Elsewhere On The Internet. Most Of Them Was Answered While Some Others Were Not. Okay bro.... Thanks for your time, advice and suggestions. I will. immensely grateful |

Research&decide on a path/language to learn & i can give you suggestions on what to install, where to get it and how to start programming. Cheers. okay... thanks bro. I will get back to you! |

hobyner, greetings Bro and Others in the house.
I am not even a beginner because I haven't started anything. When I here of programming, people calling and deciding which language is simple, used for this and that, it freaks me because I have Zero Knowledge on it generally.
I need help on what to install in the PC, how to go about it, where to get it and how to start programming with the easiest language before proceeding to a higher one.
Thanks In anticipation! |
