According to new reports by NaijaLoaded, two strange objects were found on Tuesday morning at the entrance and exit door of the residence of Bishop Ezekiel Orhevba‎.

The strange objects were found just a few days after Bishop Ezekiel informed ‎the police about an alleged plot to kidnap and kill him over his petition to President Muhammadu Buhari on the state of the psychiatric hospital in Benin City.

I just received these photos and according to the people who claim they witnessed it, a bird suddenly dropped as it was flying by and it turned into the woman above. When people gathered around her, she allegedly confessed to killing four people this week.

A "mysterious" aircraft videoed by security cameras as flying over Synagogue Church guest house shortly before the structure collapsed killing many visitors and worshippers in September, may have been a Nigerian Airforce jet, a coroner’s court heard Thursday.


The founder of Synagogue Church, TB Joshua blamed the airplane for the collapse of the building, and that the church was targeted by terrorists.

While testifying at the ongoing coroner’s inquest into the circumstances surrounding the collapse, Toyin Ayinde, the Lagos State Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, disclosed that his ministry enquired from the aviation authorities about the identity of the aircraft.

Three days after the building collapse, Mr. Ayinde said officials from his ministry were sent to the church to check the coordinates of the site.

Afterwards, a copy of the coordinates and the CCTV footage of the incident was sent to the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, NCAA.

The ministry also attached a three point question that sought to know the identity of the aircraft seen in the video, its altitude, and its flight path coordinates.

“The NCAA responded that there was a request by the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) that they might conduct some rehearsals on that day,” said Mr. Ayinde.

The commissioner stated that their calculations determined that the NAF aircrafts would be flying at altitudes of about 1,100 feet above sea level – the equivalent of 109 floors above a building.

“We also discovered that the minimum distance the aircraft would be from the building was about 137 metres, equivalent to one and half-length of a standard football field,” said Mr. Ayinde.

In the CCTV footage released by the church after the incident, an aircraft was seen flying over the building on the morning of September 12. On four occasions, an aircraft flew over the building, and minutes later, the entire structure crumbled.

T.B Joshua had blamed the “strange plane hovering above the building” for the collapse.

According to Premium Times, at Thursday’s proceedings, the CCTV footage was replayed in court.

A still image of an aircraft flying close to the building, taken with a mobile phone by a member of the church, was also displayed.

Mr. Ayinde said he could not tell if it was the same aircraft that flew over the building four times. And the letter from NCAA did not specifically identify the aircraft in the CCTV footage.

“I didn’t see a hovering of an aircraft, I saw aircraft but not hovering. There is a uniform directional movement and it is understandable because that area is close to the airport,” said Mr. Ayinde, adding that the display in court was the second time he was watching the footage.

“I cannot confirm that it is the same aircraft, it could be four different aircrafts moving in the same pattern. I did not see that the aircraft move remarkably close to the collapsed building.”

During cross examination by Olalekan Ojo, the church’s lawyer, Mr. Ayinde said he could not tell if the aircraft was flying below the estimated altitude.

Mr. Ojo said that residents of Ikotun, the area where the church is situated, had lodged a complaint at their local police station about aircrafts flying at “very low levels” before the September 12 incident.

The coroner’s inquest continues on November 5.

President Jonathan has reacted to a statement released yesterday July 21st by former Head of State & Chieftain of the APC, General Buhari in which Buhari cautioned him over the use of federal agents to fight the opposition party, noting that no democracy can succeed without an opposition.

We have noted with much surprise and regret, the statement issued by General Muhammadu Buhari today in which he made some wild and totally unsustainable allegations against President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan.
Although he tries very hard to deny it in the statement titled “Pull Nigeria Back From the Brink”, there can be no doubt that General Buhari has sadly moved away from the patriotic and statesmanlike position he recently adopted on national security, which President Jonathan publicly commended, and has now reverted to unbridled political partisanship.
There can be no other explanation or justification for the completely unwarranted and very uncharitable assault on the conduct and integrity of President Jonathan which the statement he issued today represents.
General Buhari’s main grouse which clearly motivated his ill-considered statement appears to be what he called “the gale of impeachments or the utilisation of desperate tactics to suffocate the opposition and turn Nigeria into a one-party state”. It is most unfortunate that instead of working to put their house in order and resolve the leadership crises and internal contradictions that have plunged their party into a downward spiral, General Buhari and his opposition allies have resorted to blaming a blameless President for their woes. The processes for impeaching an elected Governor are clearly stipulated in the National Constitution which Nigeria has operated since 1999. The President of Nigeria is not assigned any role in that process and President Jonathan has certainly not played any role in the recent impeachment of Governor Murtala Nyako of Adamawa or in the impeachment drama currently being played out in Nasarawa State. For the record, President remains fully committed to upholding the letters, principles and spirit of the Nigerian Constitution as he has sworn, and defending the rule of law and integrity of the democratic process with all his might.
General Buhari talks about anarchy. He needs to be reminded that President Jonathan from his humble beginnings as a Deputy Governor in Bayelsa state to date, has never in his acts, or utterances, recommended or promoted violence as a tool of political negotiation.
Contrary to whatever General Buhari and his new friends may imagine, President Jonathan fully respects the rights, powers, authority and independence of elected representatives of the people, including the members of the state assemblies who have concluded or initiated impeachment proceedings against their state governors on grounds which they consider justifiable. The constitution does not give the President any power to intervene in such proceedings and President Jonathan has never arrogated such powers to himself or sought to exert any nefarious and unconstitutional influence on state assemblies in Adamawa, Nasarawa or anywhere else in other to secure undue political advantage for his party as General Buhari unjustifiably alleges.



President Jonathan remains true to his declaration that no political ambition of his is worth the life of a single Nigerian. The President has definitely not declared war on his own country or deployed federal institutions in the service of partisan interests as General Buhari falsely claims. Neither has he been using the common wealth to subvert the system and punish the opposition, as the former Head of State inexcusably asserts.
Also, President Jonathan has never at any time ordered that any Nigerian should be kidnapped or that anyone should be crated and forcefully transported in violation of decent norms of governance.
We therefore urge General Buhari to tarry a while, ponder over his own antecedents and do a reality check as to whether he has the moral right to be so carelessly sanctimonious.
It may well be time to pull the brakes, as General Buhari says in his statement, but it is he and others who have resorted to idle scapegoating and blaming President Jonathan for their self-inflected political troubles who need to stop their inexcusable partisanship and show greater regard for the truth, democracy, constitutionalism, the rule of law, peace, security and the well-being of the nation.

Never before have I seen a Nigerian President deploy federal institutions in the service of partisanship as we are witnessing now. Never before have I seen a Nigerian President utilize the commonwealth to subvert the system and punish the opposition, all in the name of politics. Our nation has suffered serious consequences in the past for egregious acts that are not even close to what we are seeing now. It is time to pull the brakes,”

Manchester United have unveiled their new home kits as they mark the beginning of the most lucrative shirt sponsorship deal in football history.
According to ESPN, the 2013 Premier League champions are beginning a seven-year contract with car manufacturers Chevrolet worth 53 million pounds a season.

According to reports, Super Eagles goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama and a few other players received $130,000 ( N21 million) each as appearance fee for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

“It was not a flat rate, but some of the players like Enyeama, who were involved in both the qualifiers as well as the World Cup in Brazil got as much as $130,000,” an official told AfricanFootball.com.

The money is outside the match bonus and daily allowances they were paid. Team officials were also reportedly not left out as some of them received $25,000. But According to the football site, there were disagreements over the money, particularly as regards whether those who qualified the team for Brazil 2014 should also get part of the appearance fee.

"There was a big issue among the senior players whether those who were part of the qualifiers should also get something. At the end of the day, Joseph Yobo prevailed that they also have to be included. So, even some players like John Utaka & Raheem Lawal, who played just a couple of qualifiers, will also get something" An official said.

The Edo State House of Assembly crisis took a new twist on Monday morning when the Peoples Democratic Party lawmakers in the Assembly gained entry into the Anthony Enahoro Assembly Complex and held a plenary.
The lawmakers, which included the impeached Deputy Speaker, Festus Ebea, who acted as Speaker, and three suspended members, sat in front of the entrance to the chamber.
It was gathered that the lawmakers had converged at the Assembly complex as early as 7am, with a mace and a Sergeant at Arms, overheard exclaiming, “Mr. Speaker” repeatedly as the “House” rose.
Ebea, while briefing newsmen after the sitting of the four members, said the lawmakers had resolved that the renovation in the Assembly Complex was illegal.
He said, “It did not go through due process. It did not pass through my table, as the Chairman of the Committee on Tenders Board.”
He also stated that the Speaker, Uyi Igbe, and other principal officers of the House, whom they had suspended, should be prevented from making withdrawals from the Assembly’s account.

Ebea said the House had further asked Governor Adams Oshiomhole to pay the outstanding entitlements of the recalled teachers and instructed the 18 local government chairmen to forward their receipts of cash disbursements to the House, to ascertain why “most of the local governments failed to meet up with their financial obligations”.
A heavy presence of security operatives was noticed around the Assembly, causing traffic gridlock on major roads around the building.

The nurse who filmed Brazilian striker Neyma being wheeled around on a hospital trolley has been fired, according to an article on Brazilan football site UOL.


The nurse has been criticized for not only recording the football star in that state but also for blowing kisses to the camera afterwards and laughing. She then posted the video to her Facebook page. Personally, I don't see how this is a big deal but the hospital management released a statement saying the nurse, named Chintia, has been fired. See video below
