My Chair, please ask the candidate to register on line and pick any three states where he or she wants to serve. One of them will work, but on first come first served basis. NYSC has stopped honouring manual concessional deployment with the commencement of this ICT self deployment policy. One man my mum called to help me for free said I shouldnt bother that i'll get at least one of the states cos this year the power is with the PCMs. Except if a state is overcrowded. So, register early.

So many people will pay to runz their posting only to realize later that they just gave a way free money.... I'm not saying runzin wud not work at all o but before u pay make sure the person has really long legs...
