When I said 3rd time, I mean it, the 1st time was like ur case, the customer agent told me that I must receive SMS, the 2nd and the 3rd time, I received SMS. Since then I have been calling them 2 refund my money, since I asked them 2 review records in which they discovered that they can't lie about it,but them keep giving one reason or the other, either their Engineers are all OFF, or they don't work NIGHT, or they don't work on SUNDAY, or they are ALL on LEAVE, see reasons a telecommunication company is giving
Its just that other Networks don't want to set up their game

I am writing this post with anger, after been scam by MTN for the third time, I want to let my fellow Nigerians be aware of this before falling victims.
MTN have been advertising their so called Happy Hour, that is, use up To N200 during the day and you will be eligible to browse from 1am to 5am free ( what an odd time to wait and browse)
The first day I use more than N200, I waited till after 1am to browse, but my remaining airtime was wiped, I called the customer service, the lady asked me if I received any SMS from them, I was speechless and defenceless, I give up that day
The second day I received SMS from them, telling me that I Am eligible to browse during the next Happy Hour, When I did (almost 1:30am) My Airtime of over N100 was taken and I couldn't open a page, when I called again the lady told me that she can't access my database (Scammers language)
This morning again I fell a victim, after spending over N200 yesterday, just to be able to browse, staying awake till now, them still wiped my N88, calling the customer service, them keep repeating that scammers language
Please my fellow Nigerians, MTN Happy Hour Browsing is a Scam and a way to steal your Airtime
