the difference is that filling a criminal definition case over an allegation in a documented, printed book is a clear attempt at empty reaction without substance.

Your friend would get far more in a civil suit whereby I'd he wins, he will be have financial compensation, a court order ceasing the withdrawal of the book and a public apology where a criminal case will not give him any such remedies.

Then all the lawyers in Afe Babalola chambers need to institute actions for him to prove that they corrupted the judiciary...

The law is very clear he who alleges must PROVE the allegations in the court of law. The cyber stalking laws of Nigeria are very clear....and criminal in nature.

Dele Farotimi with his no restraint talks has severally defamed Aare Afe Babalola SAN on TV stations, twitter, YouTube and at present in his book.

It is believed that Mr Dele Farotimi knows something that Aare Afe Babalola SAN needs to be punished for, hence the invitation for the interview/questioning by the police. J

Those shouting jurisdictions should note that Dele Farotimi alleged acts of defamation is not localised anywhere.

I believe he would have his day in the court of law. Justice must be served. We Nigerian citizens are eagerly waiting for the outcome of what this episode will be.

Even when Nigeria was fine economically some of those vehicles needed deliverance or I mean the owners eventually needed powerful deliverance sessions to escape them and return to sanity after the unfortunate ownership of those demonic vehicles.
