THis is the system mock up in progress. This is used to evaluate the integrity of the building systems, and how ther interact.

and here's the progress so far as of yesterday. The exterior framing is required on all surfaces that receive brick. Exterior sheathing goes over the framing, and the damproofing is mopped over the sheathing after brick ties are installed, then the brick goes on. The purple surface is sheathing, the black is damproofing, and you can see the final brick surface in progress.

Interior wall framing has started on the 4th floor.

This picture (taken last month)shows the spray on fireproofing up to the seventh floor.You notice that the steel above the seventh floor is still red.

Is this still available?

Here's a view of the building from the rear.. Remember the elevator towers?? See how the steel wraps around them. When the building is complete, they will be completely invisible.

Overhead mechanical and electrical are in progress. At this time, the 2nd and 3rd floor slabs have also been poured.

Structural steel installation is up to the 8th floor now. i told you it would go up pretty fast.

You will also notice that we have sprayed the fireproofing on the ground floor.

OK. So it's been about three weeks since my last post.The Ground floor slab of the 10 storey has been poured, and interior wall framing has began. Overhead Mechanical ducts are in progress.

You might be confusing the the first and second to be one floor.. he first floor is not much higher than the second..

You vcan see that the building is now taking shape. the metal decks are following closely behind, and we will soon be pouring consrete slabs on the decks.

This is a picture of the installed curtainwall frames on the lower floor. The glass will be insertend in about a months time.

Things have been moving along without any time to break for updates. We have been focussing on the two story portion of the project and at this time have completed the brick exterior. We are now installing the curtain wall frames. This is a picture of completed brick facade.

@Blink182, Sorry for the delay my brother i had to take a break. As you know all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.. I went to Naija for a couple of weeks to spend time with La Familia.. We are now up to the fourth floor of steel installation. I told you it would go pretty fast. Enjoy!!
