It is uncommon in early adolescents
I'm going to assume you have no other symptoms i.e pain when you pee or abnormal/painful menses
You'll need more lubrication; either through longer and more gentle pre-intimacy or commercial water-based lubricants like KY jelly

How old are you? I assume general gyn health as in no STD etc. Then, there's dryness---increase pre-intimacy events and supplement with commercial lubrication ( or spit) during.

Do get a pelvic exam or woman exam for general gynecological health.
