My guy let me tell you this, nobody is that dull. People tend to understand things differently.
Let me tell you a story. When I was part- time teaching in a secondary school, there was this girl all the teachers called olodo. Funny enough she is not! If you ask her 14 +3 she won't be able to answer but ask her 14 Naira plus 3 naira and she will give you an accurate answer.
I found out she sells market for her mother and knows all about giving the correct balance to customers. I had to use naira in everything to teach her mathematics. You know what? She came 3rd best in mathematics all through my stay there.
Most nigerian educators are not that patient and focused to learn about their students.
Or have you not heard about dyslexia too? Like somebody said, " Nobody dull at all "

I think from the onset the president is not a politician but jus a leader that is keen on wanting to get things done on his own, without consultation of his co-leaders(the Senate). I think he should come down from his highly elevated throne and see the likes of Saraki and Dogara as a bitter fact, that he has no option than to work with them if the country must make progress.
