my reasons are not far fetched:
1.Why should I call on "God"(Jesus since you people claim he is God in human form) who couldn't even save himself from crucifiction by his own creatures.
yet,you people claim he died willingly whereas from what he said on the cross is: "eli eli lamashabactani "translation(My God, My God, why as thou forsaken me) Mathew 27:46.
Why should the saviour of the world who happen to be "God" cry like an helpless criminal on throes of death.

2.It is only Christianity I learnt God can "die" and resurrect after three days in the sepulcher. And this idea of God dying is only known to the Christians not even The Jews whom Jesus was sent to belief this idea.

This is exactly how dimwitted people reason.
Then after blowing up the pipelines who will suffer it more?
Maybe the government may earn less due to decrease in fund coming from oil occasioned by destruction to pipelines,but the long term effect will be on the people who live around the creeks.

The situation in the north needs special attention,because of the large scale destruction by BH so telling the world bank to focus on the north to reduce the work load of the government should be commended not condemned ,but my people from the south want to sound cheated as if they are blind to the problems ravaging the north.
The president may not have sounded like a national leader while demanding for succour for the people from his region,but looking at what he is asking for is just basic which every concerned human should extol.

Re-read my comment and you will clearly see that I wrote "you think" as to what I understood from his comment.
The point you should note is, I was trying to establish is calling majority of northerners illiterates by his own contrived standard.
And my arguments still remains.
literacy is not defined by being able to speak and write in your colonial masters language it goes beyond that.

One sad thing I have noticed on this platform is that most commenters are either Islamophobes or simply lack clear objectivity in their arguments.

The prof brought out six core issues citing them one after another in comparison to what our Christian patriots enjoy in the same democracy that is said to be for the "people."
Instead of some over grown kids to counter his points without insults they would rather label him a jihadist and call Islaam a blood thirsty religion when those who have committed the highest number of killings in this world share the same religion(christianity) with them.
You may say no that George Bush, Tony Blair and those who supported the toppling of Saddam Hussein's government and on whose behest half a million children in Iraq were killed are not blood thirsty and are not "jihadist" propagating the adoption of democracy under the nuzzle of gun barrels and war tanks.

If we go into history you will be shock to find out that those who killed the most are not even muslims, in fact, the killings done by those who are Christians will put all the killings done by muslims such as :Saddam Hussein ,Osama Bin Laden and their likes to shame.
You may say,you see, those people you cited didn't kill for the purpose of spreading Christianity.I'll say, no doubt,but they are Christians in the first instance,and I know as student of comparative religion there is no where Christ called for the killing of innocent people similarly in Islaam, there is no where were it says the killing of innocent people is allowed(I know some smart Alec will quote chapter 9 of the Quran to counter this point, however that claim is old and used whereas the chapter was revealed clearly for war situations not in peaceful situation)

Furthermore, I can see how shallow some of the responses to this post are and how naive most people can be.
When it is from Islaam even when it clearly applies to ONLY muslims the Christians out of their bigotry scream Islaamisation,but when the law favours them at the detriment of muslims they simply tell us to go to hell.
If this isn't bigotry,I don't know what is.

It awfully troubling that some misguided folks want to define everything and anything from Islaam and the North when they have
not been able to at least stem the rate at which fornication and adultery has become a norm in their domain.
It breaks their hearts seeing muslims not compromising their standard for a mess of porridge.
The suprising part is, albeit no longer surprising that those who profess Christianity are the ones in the fore front trying day and night to put Islaam in bad light while they wallow in the self imposed delusion of seeking for a "change. "
Even on their so-called holy day(sunday) which they should keep "holy" is turning out to be more unholy than other days.
