The way Muslims bury thier dead ones surprises me, that same day they will throw the dead person in the GRAVE like a dirty rag, without service of songs/ ceremony or respect, it is even more painful,,,too bad

Why do you even keep what is dead already?
That is why in Islaam it more honourable to bury the dead and soon as they die(after due confirmation) .
We don't like the scenario whereby somebody will start saying he smelt before we buried him.
Though what I just stated may not be the real reason for burying him, but it brings more comfort to the living as well as the dead.
We have our concept if burying people in time.
Still seeing him and dancing with the body like you have in Christianity which your pall bearers gladly do us antithetical to Islaam.

No service of songs or any memorial whatever.
The moment he is confirmed dead we bury.
No elaborate celebration,no up and down disturbance and all that .
we do the needful.

The President needs to up his ante. He is a good man with good intentions, however, he has surrounded (willingly or not) to rats who are bent on eating everything eatable. His trusted men (Malami, Kyari, Daura, Dambazzau, Mamman Daura)are the one undoing him. It is these same people that will come out and tell the world that PMB (when he loses) was weak. We saw in the case of GEJ and Edwin Clark.

Time is running out dear President, it's time to take strong decisions.

BTW, Lagos Ibadan Expressway, Lagos-Kano & Lagos-Calabar railway and other projects in the South West need more rigorous attention from your government. Nothing more, nothing less sir.

Be patient.
I guessed you have not tasted anything like real leadership hence your disposition.

sometimes I don't know why people like us see things differently.
I will always say it and continuously say it, this boyfriend girlfriend is the biggest farce ever to be adopted for "getting to know" once potential partner before settling down.
Just tell me one or two "successful marriages" free from cheating, mistrust, disrespect, suspicion I will show you countless number of marriages that has stopped to exist because of this facade.
Our parents of old never did all these nonsense to have a successful marital life yet,they were loyal, respectful and dignified in all they did.
All the fly-by-night happily ever after dreams we have adopted from the westerners whom themselves have seen the charade from what is,is or has ruined the little sincerity a man and woman should have for each other.
NB:I am not saying some our parents where free from these anomalies, but it was very minimal compared to what we have now.
We thought we were "wiser, " but our foolish became more pronounced.

Pls this man has just 4 years to prove his mettle and its almost 3yrs already.

sometimes when I read comments on nairaland concerning certain issues I just weep inside.
These same
people who often than not accuse the president of not following due process.They come again to spew rubbish exposing their grandiose ignorance concerning simple administrative procedure.
If the president is accused of being corrupt by some group of nonentities because he simply acted in line with the constitution I say we are doomed as a people.
These same people braved the harsh weather to vote in some of their representatives to speak their minds since they believe democracy is majorly driven by what the people want, but no. They would rather hang the biblical Jesus than Barnabas.
If they think the president isn't acting in line with the law let them draw references from there instead if making their mouths the court and the jury.
Show me where the president as acted wrongly according to the law then you will have my support until then, I see these cacophonous hullabaloo as nothing short of mob action we've now taken as a norm.

When humans think they know more than their Creator He leaves them to taste their ways of disobedience.
How those it feel today, I mean those whose brain are so somersaulted to think marrying as a virgin is a thing for the primitive minded so to speak.
We are all seeing the results of an excessively sexualized society where almost everybody want to talk about their private parts and what it can do.
As honored as our fathers and mothers were you hardly hear of marital breakups or abuse. They valued marriage and dignity and in turn God honored and blessed them with peace and tranquility, but today we can all see what the society has turned to.
Rate of abuse and breakups has become a norm in our landscape due to distrust, materialism and lack of God consciousness in our hearts.

No honour, respect,dignity and even trust has long left most marriages based on what these generation of confused youths call civilization.
If your civilization is to make women become objects of sexual pleasure and societal butterflies I say, keep the God damn thing to yourselves we don't want it,and I don't need it.
