bataderemi: So it seems they've awarded ppl d scholarship. The only two ppl I knw are frm benue tho.

When??

aykay45: I love ur point, tnks but lemme correct u on sumtin... CGPA is computed in 2 decimal place so a std wt 4.499 wil b approximated to a 4.50 and issued a first class, except its a 4.494 and below... #Fact

CGPA is NOT, i repeat NOT APPROXIMATED.
A CGPA Of 4.499 is 4.49-Second Class Upper.
Likewise a CGPA of 1.499 is 1.49-Face tanke(not 1.50).Simple

spiralwedge: host countries take care of school fees, textbooks, in some cases accommodation, skills acquisition, security etc . Dumb Nigeria govt only takes care of feeding and travel tickets.

Ok
e go better.

It's quite unfortunate, but i thought BEA scholars are jointly sponsored by Nigeria and the host country, is it possible that those countries are also not fulfilling their part of the deal??

But no matter what, the Nigerian government ought to stand up for her citizens.
FT pls, Mods.

EINSTEINPG: Please do forgive what some Nairalanders would label lengthy rants and be objective in your critical assessment of my rationale for vying for mathematics.

I do admire your command of English and your literary skills.

Chiamaka01: It's a jobseekers' aptitude test, i guess? So, what kind of jobs require the GRE? Is it for those who want to work in Nigeria or abroad? Thanks. Eagerly anticipating your reply.

GRE is required when seeking postgraduate admission outside nigeria esp the U.S.
@ O.P Nice One

I am perturbed by the level of ignorance displayed this 'Biola Azeez' in question, the editors of Nigerian tribune should have at least verified those claims before publishing that article.

Wonder where they got that news from, definitely not from the Unilorin i know.
To the best of my knowledge nothing like what was described in the article occurs on campus, plus the school currently on break.
Don't know how they got the opinions of students currently on break.
