I forgot, what was the special birthday treat? LOL I thought she was going to get the real special treatment.

It's her birthday yet she's up a 5am cooking breakfast, preparing the picnic meal, and baking her OWN BIRTHDAY CAKE, tell me, what is so special about that? You should have done all those things for her, to make HER DAY SPECIAL. Men it is the little thoughtful things you do that will melt our hearts.

Cocky and confident have two different meanings. LOL, The ones who are truly confident and not arrogant, are a real joy.

Yes, Nene1 it is me. I thought I would be able to get some constructive and honest advice from this forum because the women on the other forum were so possessive and petty when it comes to African men dating anyone other than African women.

You are so right. When I started this thread I really had an interest in the opinions of the people on Nairaland, but after reading their hateful posts, I regret starting this thread. Some people on this forum are so petty.

Amu, all those negative,and insulting stats you posted about african american women are straight up lies. You let Chima get to you, and you let her bring out the ignorance in you. I know you don't live in America because if you did you would know that they do not seperate BLACKS BY ORGIN, they lump us all together, therefore when you post those bull schit stats you are including AFRICANS {Nigerians} AFRO LATINOS, BLASIANS, AND CARIBBEANS.

I hope amu isn't a representation of Nigerian men in real life. He seems to be a very hateful man.

For the ones who gave your honest and respectful advice, I appreciate it. I posted my question to this site because I felt there would be honesty, but after reading most of your posts I regret creating the topic. There is so much hatred toward americans, or maybe I should say black americans on this site. I wanted to know how Nigerians MEN felt about relationships with american women and it turned into an debate on who is better africans or black americans. Again, thank you to the ones who got it, much respect to you.

I'm asking this question because I am attracted to Nigerian men but some nigerian women believe nigerian men would only date women of another culture (especially western women) for fun and have no serious intentions because of different cultures, men is this true?

I have been lurking through your site for a few months now but this is my first time posting, I am American and I would like to say that Davidylan is a LIAR. Black people in America are not sent to jail for stepping to a white person, nobody fears them.

As for the poster, I don't blame him he was alone and in a strange country who knows how crazy those people are. I would have done the same thing, has nothing to do with being a coward just survival and using common sense.
