Having said that, it doesn't take away the beauty of other races in the world.
There are so many gorgeous women all over the world, but when we try to argue about the most beautiful, then other factors will be considered.

Some of these factors include how sharp there features are.
Eyes
The nose
Eyebrows
Eyelashes
Complexion
Silky hair
General body shape.

When you put all these factors together, I think, in my humble opinion, that most Arabs are up there.

Arab, Brazilian, and Latinas can come in different races and colors so you do not make any sense here. Spanish girls are white. So you judge a woman's beauty on the silkiness of her hair? Yah made his people with curly and coarse hair and according to your list that's unacceptable.

Well, it is possible, for example in the US the free school breakfast/lunch programs continues from 11am to 1pm. The parents go to the school(the kids don't have to be there) tell them how many breakfast/lunch boxes they need, its given to them then the parents go to the next school and so on and so on until they have enough food for the week. This is repeated daily.
