The second phase is as useless as the first. Which says "opens schools and allows gatherings of more than 50 people in addition to further lessening of restrictions on businesses. Non-essential travel also would be allowed". Most schools have more than 50 people and how do you enforce the restriction of gatherings to 50 people? What happens if a gathering is more than 50 people? Who determines essential and non essential travel? Is it restricted to local or international travel?

The third phase is more stupid than the rest; "people vulnerable to the coronavirus would either shelter-in-place or have limited movement in public". Who are the people vulnerable to the virus? Is the whole population not vulnerable to the virus? Is Trump himself and his family not vulnerable to the virus?

Doctors recommend dove soap for people with sensitive skin along with oatmeal based soaps. That soap you are using may be too harsh for your skin, it is compared to hydrogen peroxide. We don't have it in the US but I did some research on it. It's made in Brittain.
