boundlessjoy: Before you apply for the PCC, be informed that same is valid for 3 months (I am not sure how strictly CIC interpretes the 3 months validity clause). You may want to take some time before applying for it so it doesn’t expire before you turn in your application.
That said, should you decide to get it now, nothing precludes you from requesting another PCC when a previous one expires. You’d only need to pay for it again. Right.. This info means a lot. U are a life saver. Thank you |

adetola007: I don't think that should affect your eligibility if you are not convicted for any crime. This is the surest way to know if it'll affect anything. Apply for PCC and from there, you'll know whatsup . Once the PCC is fine, you're good to go OK I would do asap.. Many thanks |

boundlessjoy: I think what mcstan18 wanted to know was if you were charged in the court for the said infraction.
In my opinion, you don’t have anything to worry about because the Nigerian PCC only attests to the fact that the applicant has never been convicted of a crime. History of previous arrest(s) is not reported on the Nigerian PCC.
So camdan Hehe. OK I have taken chill pills now. Many thanks for the soothing words tho |

mcstan18: Were you charged for a/any crime? If not, it won't threaten your admissibility. Err well they claimed that I obstructed justice by not submitting a letter they brought to my office. I remember they took my finger prints and a mug shot too. Like I said I was there for two days before I got bailed out. Does this still affect anything? Am sceptical ooo |

DadR: I don't think that should have any adverse effect on you or your application becausee you were not convicted of any crime. very well then. Many thanks |
