Hello Friend, I really need help with this WES issue. So my contact resent the mail to WES today and I just called WES and they insist that they haven't received the mail and suggested I send it via courier. I am really tired of the whole wahala. Is it that WES receives emails which the agents cannot see? please advise
I am sure this has been sent. In my case I had to wait like 5 to 7days before Wes confirmed receipt. However, I would advise that you go see him in person to clear your doubts. A lil patience bruv

Someone please help answer the question. I am on the verification stage for my masters. However I noticed my profile was updated asking for other documents like Waec and degree certificate. Am I required to send these documents to Wes too. Please help

It is almost obvious to me that the customer service guys give generic information on this subject matter. As one clearly told me today that they don't have access to the mail box where schools reply to, so they can only confirm school mails when the evaluators had reviewed the mails and updated candidates profile before they can give callers update in that regards.
So I guess they have backlogs to deal with or they changed their mode of operations, hence the delays. Meanwhile, I suggest we just keep our fingers crossed and see how it goes next week, before asking school to resend.
This is abnormality is becoming the new normal for them.

Had the same issue too. I called Wes, the customer rep said they are having so much backlog. That it will likely take 3-4days before I have a notification in my account. My school verified on Friday lastwk, notification changed on Wed (2days ago).
