Thanx for reply but how long takes to get passport for baby. I am planing to go by December in case I find cheap hospital in New York I will go.

I think if you get help from medcate you will never get USA visa in the future or enter us even if your visa still not expired. Because you got government benefit. When I applied for the visa they ask if I ever get any benefit in USA.
