Please Guys, I'm a History and Strategic Studies hopeful. I have finished screening, paid my school fees and faculty and departmental dues. My problems one are:

1. I was given two files, I've submitted one to the department(Dr. Osemeka), I however don't know when to submit the second to the faculty, the man at the registry, I don't know his wahala. Please when is the faculty of arts accepting folders?\

2. How do I print the SIF form, I'm not in Lagos currently, is it something I can do personally or is the SIF form the remaining screening form the screening officers signed?

The faculty/dept. Reg depends on ur faculty but the final enrolment have a specific date.Both ain't going to interfere with each other cos you're submitting diff credentials for both.Any of the process might come b4 d other cos the faculty/dept might fix a date b4 the final enrolment or vice versa.so go to ur faculty to know when the reg is coming up.

nope.. In the screening form,they don't even look at the school you attended at all.. All they are interested in is no 1-8 which includes ur name,course,score,reg no,state&LGA,and date of birth. So,u are good to go... Fire on..

Good morning guys,
1. If what happened last year is sth to go by then do not expect Faculty/departmental registration any time soon. The cost varies from one dept to another and from one faculty to another. Mostly you pay like 4-7 k for both dept and faculty except some few dept like law that paid 17k last year.
2. Your payment advice has not been updated yet. I saw 14/15 session on someone's portal, until it has been updated to 2015/2016, it will still remain blank. 3. Lastly, some of us sometimes can be funny, most of the questions you guys posted have been answered, if there is name discrepancy or age discrepancy, get an affidavit, but someone will still ask that same questions that has already been answered.

What you can do as we speak is to scan all the necessary documents save it on your phone and back it up on your email address. Once you have done that, wait for them to open your portal and if you are very good with smart phones you don't have to go to cafe anymore.

I think the result print out stamped and signed by the principal at the back can be used just for now pending the time the originals will be out.

Screening Form (students are expected to upload the
underlisted documents while filling the Biodata form)
– Birth certificate
– Letter of reference
– Testimonial from secondary schools attended
– Certificate of state of origin
– JAMB Admission letter
– Previous Degree Certificate (DE students)
Stage 2: Screening
Candidates are expected to proceed to screening centre
and submit four copies of the underlisted documents to
the Registration Officer:
1. Screening Form Generated From Stage 1
2. Utme Result Slip
3. Unilag Post-Utme Result Slip
4. O’ Level Result Certificate (Waec / Neco) Or Statement

Result With an Online Version Of The Result
5. Letter Of Reference From A Reputable Clergyman/

Stage 3: Post Screening
After successful completion of screening, go for data
capture and make payment for obligatory charges at
designated banks. Information on this will be given during
the screening exercise.
Stage 4: Faculty and Departmental Registration
Candidates are requested to visit their Faculties and
Departments for registration.
Stage 5: Final Enrollment
Final enrolment is compulsory for all fully registered
students. This will commence on Monday 16th November
and ends on Monday 30th November, 2015. All
candidates are expected to submit a copy of the following
documents to the Registration Officers as well as
Department and Faculty.
° Completed and duly signed Students Biodata
° Completed and duly signed Students Information Form
(SIF)
° Payment Acknowledgement Receipt
Impersonation is a serious offence and anybody found
guilty of this will automatically forfeit his/her admission
and may be handed over to the police.

Schools normally issue statement of result if cert isn't ready. but if your school ain't doing that signature and stamp on print out should suffice.

k then so theres no need going all the way to my school just for signature since i have my statement of result
