Let me add one point you have failed to see, assuming tinubu was Disqualified which I doubt, no election may be held in the southwest. The grassroots interpretation of such a Supreme court pronouncement will be very unfavourable for any Ibo that hopes to vote in any southwest state.

Even if it is true that was over 20yrs ago besides the Case has been closed with a letter from The US gov to show for it. Also remember he was not convicted or found guilty in any court in the US.Constitutionally the case will be thrown out as dead on arrival. The constitution gives a specific period of 10yrs before an election and not indefinite.
