Go and read the constitution and electoral act. No individual can be a candidate of 2 elective positions in an election cycle. The constitution again now defines who a candidate is i.e who ever has won a primary. Now ask yourself if Kashim was a candidate or an aspirant for 2 elective positions.
I've not seen cases as porous as what Obi took to tribunal!

Delta have the ibos ,urhobo, Ijaw and isoko. The govt elect is from Ijaw, okowa is from ibo ....and he started from grass root as a councilor.
