Please I am in need of advice from lawyers in the house or anyone with the correct info. I tried searching on nairaland before posting but couldn't find it.

What kind of qualifications do the intending directors need to have before i can register a school?
Do i actually need to be registered as a school, what if what i want is a preparatory/development centre?
I do not want my curriculum dictated by the state, is this possible?
