Good morning house, please is there anyone that applied for a spouse visa and is expecting passport soon OR is there anyone that has gotten and is not able to travel because of the ban they place for Nigeria. Please what is the way forward? I read it is only British citizens, Irish and residence can travel, what of those that applied for a spouse visa or those that have gotten their visa.
Is a spouse visa allowed to travel too?

Please way forward, the money is too much for one to pay.

If your visa is granted, you will have permission to live in the UK however, leave to enter is granted for 90 days at the moment so if you are not in a rush, wait to see whether Nigeria will be removed from the red list.

@justwise, please kindly assist,I linked my dependants applications to mine and paid for IHS for my dependants first,however,mine had issues and the application was cancelled. I was advised to apply afresh and ask for refund for my dependants. What email would I use,meanwhile I have not paid for visa application for them.

TB test done.

Trying to finish up the application and it is requesting for IHS fee asides the Visa application fee. The IHS fee is even more than the Visa Application fee. Is this normal? or is there something I didnt put in right in the application?

If you have experienced this, pls help advise.

That's correct because IHS has increased last year Oct and it is now £624 x 3 = £1872 which is more than the application fee itself.

Have you eventually done the inspection report? Do you live in a shared accommodation or by yourself?

For employment it is gross before any deductions while self employed will be net profit after all expenses have been deducted.

Ask the bank to send the statements to your home address then have someone scanned them for you and send them to you.

If the child is British citizen then they are not subjected to immigration control so therefore will be exempted but if the child is not British then threshold will increase. £18,600 is the financial requirement to be met.

"An additional gross annual income of £3,800 is required for the first child sponsored
in addition to the partner and an additional £2,400 for each further child. The level of
the financial requirement will therefore be:

• partner with no children or no children who are subject to the income
requirement – £18,600
• 1 child in addition to the partner – £22,400
• 2 children in addition to the partner – £24,800
• 3 children in addition to the partner – £27,200 "

In order to combine both Self employed and employment together, it must be within the same financial year as the self employed.

There's no other fees to pay unless you choose to pay for assisted scanning.
