Znbc,Ztv are very much receivable in zambia,including Swazi tv,ntv kenya,ntv uganda,ktn and k24 all on the same satelite, they have even added tv2 but u need at least 2.4m dish to receive em.i've witnessed all those channels @ a friend's, for Muvi tv and Africa unite,u need to input the frequency manually,but make sure aljazera hits 90% or more, u can contact me on 0977454516 for more info, cheers!.

I've got a rather strange quetion,i have a friend using strong 4930 HD,he's using 1.12p software but his channel version is showing '14th may 2011', i've got the same software in the same decoder but my channel version is showing 'A023', i asked him,said he upgraded via OTA option but i think there's something he's not telling me, anyone with an idea how to upgrade channel version?because i've seen the differences.

@ Ugasat i believe the meter thingy shows the length of the current program.at the end of the meter u might see 00:30,it means the current program has a length of 30minutes.

@Ilish when i 1st bought my 69 decoder 2yrs ago,strong zambia installed those goodies on Astra 2abd.thats the satelite on which they install them in all the decoders they sale here in lsk.and besides we dont have intel 802 in our decoders here.so we are used to astra 2abd,i know it contains some uk channels which are not receivable here in zed.

@ ayibatonye no its not Intelsat 17, me i was getting those BB channels on 2 different satelites namely Intelsat 17 and Astra 2abd.

Location is zambia,if u used to watch e.tv and e.tv africa then u wont have a problem.

@ All more goodies on 28.2e ASTRA 2ABD, to those without an idea its the satelite where you used to watch e.tv and other BB stuff.the whole portuguese bouquet that contains mgm and afro is open,though the dollar signs are still there, freq 11036 H 22499.

@All SLBC channel on 5.0w Atlantic bird 3/C freq 3644 V 2400, Looks like its a movie channel because everytime i check,i find a movie in english.

@all I know this is probably old news but 4 the sake of those that missed it,bbc knowledge,bbc lifestyle and history channel are fta on intelsat 7/10 68.5e freq 11090 h 30000.
