SIRA is 1700aed around 170k. It's a five day course for security guards. It is NOT a guarantee of a job but like every certificate, it increase your chances.

Boss i don't really have that much idea about sira. I just know its a requirement for security job which is almost always available but it seems they dont employ Nigerians in ADh. I dont even know if you'd need EID card.

Call this people when you're through with this course. Usually, they say they dont recruit Nigerians. But i no 2 working with them. If they consider you they just send you out to less discrimininating areas

if I can see any company that I can be working for the moment that can be able to renew my visa i will appreciate.

Please my fellow Nairalanders help me, I came to Sharjah in UAE on the 1st of January 2020 with a 3 months tourist visa.

The agent that did the Visa told me that they company I suppose to work is on holiday because of new year now since holiday have finish he's not even talking about the work again.


I asked him yesterday he told me that the job is pending because the company haven't contacted him yet.

Please I need a work before my 3 months visa elapse, please if you have any work or any company looking for workers please let me know.

These ones on extensive overstay who cant afford the penalties hardly ever see the beauty of Dubai cos you're just there - you can't be employed, you fret at the sight of the police, you cant ask to be deported cos they'll rather throw you in jail, even the commonest of jobs is not available- all you do is spend, no income and even your paddies go dey dodge you, cos over here, its every man for himself

Some airlines you have to pay an additional money maybe quarter/half of the flight ticket if you had called immediately or within the time frame you missed your flight. Otherwise you don book/pay another full ticket oo.
