Like you said, rich Arab countries observed this and made mouth watering offers to European, American, Canadian, Australian and Indian doctors and nurses to come to their countries to practice. And if you go to Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, their hospitals are dominated by white people and their hospitals are now almost at par with hospitals in Europe, America, UK, Canada, etc, while Koreans, Indians, Pakistanis, Chinese dominate their construction sector.

Considering the infrastructure boom post 94...Nigerians reason weirdly, don't they think South Africa has continued to develop since 94? We even have high-speed trains, new roads, hospitals, airports, universities, etc..things that went even there under apartheid. they think everyone's stagnant like them
