These type of artists you are mentioning do music that doesn't really require superior vocals (Qgom, Kwaito, Mapiano) actually, there are even mapiano songs with actual singing. My point though stands, vocally ...we are unmatched in Africa since the days of Makeba and Brenda Fassie till now.
