Don’t quote a verse out of context, to fully understand a verse in the Bible you need to read verses before and after that verse in question.

Now back to what you quoted, you need to understand that Jesus was initially answering questions regarding divorce, then his disciples said in that case it’s good not to marry at all.... then from verse 11- 12 , Jesus answered them saying this message not everybody that can take it, but those who can accept the words lets them do( he wasn’t talking about marriage on those last verses )
