@sammyogui were in Austria do you leave it takes 2month at worst to get a result,depends on the lawyers fast response on your document and if you document is not complete at the time of submission that might cause a big time delay.so make sure everything is complete according to there requirement before you now book an appointment with them

@fred1526 the account is very ok you don't have any problem relating to account because they need having confident in you,just be prepared and focus on all your plans ,you are good to go

@southprince if the embassy do not request for international account then you can produce your naira account at the embassy.but for the municipality office were the application is been process,the moment is sure they will give you resident permit,the account is one of the document they will request from you, but is better you submit a domiciliary account at the embassy to reduce the stress and time.The money can be there till you finished your legalization at the embassy after that u can remove it cos is already confirmed

if you copy these on you browser to check student requirement you will see the age and the amount that must be spent each month that is what they add to gather with the number of years you will use for schooling in there country
and please i want to tell you that is now very compulsory that you must get a long-term accommodation,if you need information regarding these i will give you sites to visit ,it took me almost 2weeks before i got one

you only need a domiciliary account that should be in euro or dollars with wort of 11000euro,if its from your sponsor get an affidavit from the supreme court.

@d-reloaded hell is far better for you to study,the education there is free

they will grant you but it must be a domiciliary account(international account),it must either be in euro or dollars and the list you must have in the account is 11000euro

i got the admission @jku linz in (Austria) last year and i applied for a visa in India were i have been residing for almost 2 years, i submitted my applications on 8th of December 2011,they told me it will take 6 to 8weeks and if there is any required document needed i will be informed but till now i got nothing ,not even a message from the home office in Austria i mailed the embassy here in India they told my visa is under process that i will be informed accordingly,please what do you think i should do,though am still patience and have hope.but to me is getting to long for the visa to come out.please what can you do to help me by contacting people as you ve said if it might helped me out
i will really appreciate it ,i expect your reply as soon as possible

The school is Johannes kepler university linz,i was told to legalized all my document ,my secondary school certificate,university degree certificate,transcript and confirmation letter,presently am not in Nigeria as well but i sent my brother to do all the authentication necessary for me at ministry of education and foreign affairs and lawyers notarization they send me a form which i filled and call for appointment booking but they fix me till January what am really after now i that i want to meet the deadline submission of my document which is February 1st,i don't no how many month Austria embassy in Nigeria take to legalize document cos i no they are full of excuse for what they can do in a day please assistance that u can rendered to me about it i ll really appreciate it cos that the first step in what ever i might want to come and do as a student
