For many of us, the news of the Tribunal was long expected following the verdict of Akwa Ibom State few hours ago and Mr. Buharis body Language since he assumed office a few months ago.

First he moved the State Tribunals of Oil rich states of Akwa Ibom and Rivers States to Abuja on flimsy excuses of insecurity, as if Lagos was safer than Rivers State or Borno more peaceful than Akwa Ibom State.

For political observers and a good number of us lovers of democracy, this has gone ahead to vindicate our previous doubts about the sincerity of Mr. Buhari and hid dictatorial tendencies.

Today is not a day for long epistles, but a period of sober reflections from many issues confronting our nation, from Persistent insecurity, economic hardship, power issues, deep ethno- religious divisions etc which instead of addressing this government have preferred to embark on a pilgrimage to no where.

For the following reasons I can assure you that APC can not win achieve their empty chase of Rivers government house.

1. From the state house of assembly to the Federal House non is APC. A clear indication of PDP being on ground.

2. A tribunal matter can be appealed upon.

3. Wike, on inauguration opened the courts Amaechi sealed for years, this have endeared the people to his government.

4. There is a deep seated angst against Amaechi by his people for selling his brother for a ministerial position.

5. Unraveling of APC as a fraud. From denials to policy summersault on the side of APC.

6. Recent revelation of 60b fraud on the side of Amaechi.

The reasons are lengthy and like I said I stand to be corrected APC have no place in Rivers State nor Akwa Ibom.

If he has anything against Wike let him go to court. Sahara reporter is not Efcc.
