I stayed in Omoku River State for over a year and I witnessed what those devils called OSPAC (Onelga security planning and adversary committee) can do. They will kill you and nothing will happen, not even the police will say anything, they shoot at any little provocative, call them for two people fight without knowing who did wrong they kill one of the or sometimes both of them. I've been there, I've witnessed them kill people without mercy, and still there are the real criminals.
