hotmas911: you are right bro. Some people also don't like the problems of handling tenants. And besides real investors don't work IN their investments they work ON it. And when its certain that I can invest an amount for like 3 years and be be making 100% as ROI I think I will go for it and find easy and best ways to run the investment. Please expantiate on "working IN or ON one's investment" |
Your estimation makes this seem very lucrative. But I think people go for the one that gives them less work to do. Just build your house and tenants come looking for you. Have a plantation and you'll have to constantly process the produce, package and market the product. Some people are not ready for that stress. |
Yungwizzzy: If the government show this much concern they'reIt should rather be, if the citizens volunteer information on the terrorist as easily as they will do with this ebola. |
Ovamboland: Typical black man Nigeria logic, if you employ a typist in your office and you discover he cannot type is it your problem or the typist problem to act?So you are not aware of the strengthening of INEC, NTA/FRCN, BPE, to mention but a few. You are not aware because you dont want to be. Since your mind is made up not to see his effort, nothing I post here will make sense to you. |
kabba7: EVEN IF THEY ARE ARMED ROBBERS ?So far the law allows it. |
Demdem: deep inside u, u made sense rightCant blame those who still have the military rule mentality. |
Like him or hate him, call him all sorts of unpallatable names - the fact remains that Goodluck Jonathan has done his best to strenghten government institutions and play by the rule of the Nigerian constitution. If the institutions fail to do their work, that is for them to worry about. The funny thing is that we think we are still under military rule where the head of state is all-in-all. Jonathan can frolic with anybody he likes so far the Nigerian law does not prohibit it. |
seunmsg: When will gov Obiano also decamp to PDP? It's high time that party called APGA be formally merged with PDP. We need serious opposition parties and not pretenders who only whip up tribal sentiments during local elections and kiss PDP's ass during National election.Must every party outside PDP be an opposition? APGA knows when to oppose and when to be in alliance. Moreover the issue under discussion is about actions of individuals not APGA as a party. |

The NMA's call for improved infrastructures in hospitals is laudable. But make I ask oh. Shey these hospitals dey make money from their services. Them no fit ask for power to use the money they generate to put the hospitals in order? After all, private hospitals wey get better infrastructures na where the money come from? |
Lord Babs: like in this ongoing imbroglio: give just one other way....PROTEST Like the fuel subsidy protest (you know that was not strike). ASSU can declare a day or two weekly for protest, until their demands are met, while not disrupting the academic calendar. The students can even join them on such protests. Dont forget what the press and media can achieve when such protests are carried out (eg quick resolution of the subsidy protests) |

This goes to underscore the fact that parents should consider taking care of their infants themselves. The quest for materialism has left us at the mercy of perverts. We better go back to the era where parents personally take care of their children till they are old enough for primary school. |
ariseandshine: Paying N1 million to become a professional Ashaw.o?There's no place in the post where anyone was asked to pay N1 million. The N1m target for 1 week before employment is extortionist sha. |

deji2009: Format will delete the contentMy brother, the funny thing now is that when I plug in the now external hard disk, system does not see it. Both Windows 7 and XP. KingIOb: The SATA HDD in my ProBook 4510s laptop did not allow me to re-install Windows 7 so I changed it and now Windows 7 is installed. I used the 'follow come' HDD as an external HD (it has 3 partitions with one that is System Reserved) which worked - I even copied some of my files from there to the new HDD now inside the laptop. |
The most important thing now are my files in there. I there anyway i can get them out? |
The lastest issue now is that my system does not see the now external hard disk when I plug it in. |
Good day my people. The SATA HDD in my ProBook 4510s laptop did not allow me to re-install Windows 7 so I changed it and now Windows 7 is installed. I used the 'follow come' HDD as an external HD (it has 3 partitions with one that is System Reserved) which worked - I even copied some of my files from there to the new HDD now inside the laptop. The issue now is that if I connect the external HD only the System Reserved will show, I will be asked to format the rest partitions; if I try formatting any, it will end up saying "Cannot format". Someone please help me as almost all my data are on that hard disk. |

Eko Ile: 1. The constitution empowers the president to issue the declaration by way official gazette, but he did so without it. Strike number 1. “For now, no provision of the constitution has been breached and there is no constitutional crisis.” |
