let's look at 20%-50% monthly profit, depending on the size of farm... the profit depends on how much we invest, a good startup can lead to weekly earnings, but starting moderately we should be looking at earning every 4-5 weeks, also I'm looking for a long term partnership so there's also reason to expand as we start earning,

I intend to work on any 2 of the three aspects I mentioned, catfish, poultry, and rabbits.. but for safe record keeping I'm not going to partner with more than one person per livestock, that's if i partner with you on poultry It'll just be us for the birds session, the next interested partner will have to settle for catfish or rabbit.. reason for this choice is to avoid is to avoid un necessary issues that comes with having too many hands Tring to eat from a small plate at the same time.. I'm not Tring to be a jack of all trades, the reason I'm looking at handling 2 different aspect of livestock is as we already know the situation in Nigeria is messed up, people are spending from their savings so I'm not really expecting a large investment, however if my first project turns out big I'll focus squarely on that one..

- Go own a Plaza filled with Shops and Put on Rent
Each Shop for a Year is 150k or 130k
Lets say there are about 20 shops in a Plaza
Then probably 12 Shops are Rented.

So... 130k x 12 Rented Shops = 1.5M
Therefore, you have 60% ROI

if 2.5m to start up a plaza with as much as 20 shops? wait first is the 2.5m in naira abi dollar?
