Health / Warning Signs Of Drug Abuse In Young People by KingOfBrandLink(m): 1:05pm On Nov 27, 2021
Warning Signs of Drug Abuse in Young People.

In today’s world, illegal drugs are widely available and consequently pose a burning social problem.

There’s probably not a parent who wouldn’t quietly worry about his child getting too close to them.

It’s okay to know what illegal drugs look like, what are the gadgets in a child’s room that indicate potential abuse, and what behavior the child should be concerned about.

In order for parents to sleep more peacefully, I put up this article and many others which deals with the issue of addiction and child drug use.

The most prevalent illegal drug is Marijuana, most easily recognized by parents as green dried tops that leave a greasy feeling between the fingers.

The substance has a specific, pungent odor reminiscent of pine trees and is difficult for a person to overlook, even if they do not recognize it.

Marijuana can be consumed in the form of cigarette smoking, but it can also be consumed in the form of biscuits and a milk drink.

We also know hashish, a resinous discharge from cannabis leaves that is brown in color, more or less hard and reminiscent of plasticine or soft plastic.

In case the parents find a bag of dried tops in the teenager’s room, there is a very small chance that it is something other than marijuana or, according to the locals, ‘grass’.

Now, the first warning to parents should be the appearance of smoking papers or rizel in the child's room, as their presence indicates that the child is smoking something.

Marijuana is indicated mainly by large grapes, which are used only for smoking marijuana, while small ones are used mainly for smoking tobacco (although parents are usually not enthusiastic about the latter).

Symptoms
A teenager under the influence of marijuana is not difficult to identify. The biggest indicators are, of course, red eyes, increased appetite and cravings for sweets, outbursts of laughter, confusion, skipping thoughts, as well as deep philosophical outbursts. The intoxication effect lasts for about 4 hours.

Not only marijuana abuse, but also the abuse of all other illicit substances is subject to a general indicator, namely the avoidance of eye contact.

Most people who hide something have the feeling that the secret is written on their forehead, so they have a subconscious feeling of discomfort.

The next most prevalent illegal substance is Heroin

It appears on the market in the form of a brownish powder that can be ingested intravenously, but can also be smoked or sniffed.

The well-known burnt spoons, injections and aluminum foil (aluminum foil is used for smoking, namely heroin is placed on it and a flame is lit under it) are an indisputable sign that this is an intravenous drug, most likely heroin.

Because this is highly addictive, I recommend that parents talk to their child as soon as possible and take action.

Symptoms
Heroin in humans causes detachment from the environment, acts as an analgesic and sedative, triggers drowsiness, and causes pupil shrinkage. With prolonged use, withdrawal syndrome, irritability and tremor occur.

If heroin is ingested intravenously, there are also traces of needle punctures on the body, these punctures can also be on the heels and between the toes.

In addition to physical signs, parents should also pay attention to the financial aspect, because someone who uses drugs for a long time, sooner or later needs more money for it than he usually has.

Cocaine, another prevalent illegal drug.

In the case of cocaine, I'm talking about white powder, which is surprisingly widespread among young people, given its high price (a gram of cocaine on the market can reach 120 USD, author's note).

It can be ingested through the nasal mucosa by sniffing, intravenously and by smoking, which is why indicators of consumption can be white powder residues on the table, injections, burnt spoons, aluminum foil, etc.

Symptoms.
Cocaine use speeds up the heart rate, a sense of omnipotence and self-confidence; significantly increases human energy and hospitality.

A teenager is unlikely to return home under the influence, as cocaine has a fairly short-acting effect (20-30 minutes).

The most important harbinger of cocaine use is the financial aspect due to its high market price. In addition, regular use of cocaine is also indicated by feelings of irritability and depression.

Please, be responsible for your child's welfare. Have conversations with them as often as possible. Talk them out of every mood that could engender drug use and addiction.

Together we can lead a drug free generation.
Health / Discover 5 Simple Ways To Treat Depression Without Medication. by KingOfBrandLink(m): 11:35pm On Aug 28, 2021
Treating depression without medication is one of the treatment methods that are currently being followed in countries of the world, and at the hands of the most famous psychiatrists, due to what the patient suffers from using antidepressants, which have become very popular in recent times.

In order to be able to treat depression without medication, there is a set of behaviors and actions that if you adhere to them will protect you from depression.

But the you must first look for the reasons that made you reach this limit of the problem, and the reasons for its aggravation. (Read my Article on 15 signs of depression)

The reasons may be some of the financial, marital, or even work-related problems that push a person to enter into a cycle of mental illness such as depression. In this context, I list some of the methods that are used to treat depression without medication:

1. Using The Speech Method:
There are many psychiatrists who can relieve symptoms of depression using their various skills in speech therapy. Scientists have found that depressed individuals can be treated through speech after only six sessions of psychotherapy.

In an experiment conducted by the "Royal College of Psychiatrists", to clarify the treatment of depression without medication using speech. They brought 20 patients with depression, and 10 of them were subjected to treatment using antidepressants, and ten other people were treated using psychological sessions, the duration of each session is about an hour of psychotherapy.

Then both groups were exposed to radiological imaging, where they found that people who had been treated with antidepressants had an increased blood flow to specific areas of their brain. And people who were exposed to psychological sessions and were talking about their problems, it also showed them flows in specific areas of the brain.

Accordingly, the effect resulting from taking drugs has become completely similar to the effect resulting from speech in psychological sessions. That is, speech therapy is an effective and effective treatment, which is what is called interactive psychotherapy.

We should make it clear that quick discussions are useless in psychological sessions, but the conversation should be intense so that the patient can get out of the problems buried deep within him.

But in the event that we do not go to the psychiatrist, we should choose a person with a high degree of understanding.

Our ability to speak and talk about our thoughts in the midst of the hustle and bustle of life contributes a great deal to alleviating our pain.

2. Using The Music Method;
Music has a tremendous ability to penetrate and reach the depths of the human soul.
So don't be surprised if you see that there are some people shedding tears when they listen to a piece of music. Music has a great ability to show different moods, and the states of depression that we experience.

The reason for this is that music is closely related to a personal experience, or a personal event. Therefore, we find that the listener links the musical piece he hears with perception or subjective feelings, and therefore we always find that when we want to experience the same moment and feelings, we resort to listening to a specific song or piece of music.

I will try to explain in this article how to use music therapy, which is applied by some psychiatrists to people with depression, where the doctor asks the person to point to a group of music clips or songs related to his life, and this group is divided into 3 types:

First type:
It is a group of music clips or songs that make you feel sad, or in a more correct sense, that affect their depression, and often these songs are songs or music with a slow rhythm, or what is called dark music, and these songs must have an impression that brings the person back to the past .

The second type:
It is a collection of songs and musical pieces that make a person feel moody, or suitable for mood swings. Often this music is not happy or sad, but rather appropriate to the situation in which the person is living, but do not forget that such songs must mean something to this person.

The third type:
It is a collection of songs and musical pieces that bring the person back to moments of happiness. These pieces of music are often with a fast tempo, and their music is full of feelings and vitality. And send more joy and joy to the person who hears it.

The person is asked to hear these songs in the same order as before and this process is repeated several times a week, for a few weeks.

Over time, he will discover that there is a clear improvement in his condition, and he may have been able to get rid of the depression that dominates your condition. And he will feel a bundle of abundant emotions for as long as possible.

Perhaps, dear reader, you will discover that such a method takes a long time, perhaps up to a whole day, so that a person can compile these songs, but what is the problem if these songs or music will contribute to improving his depression.

3. Using The Pet Method:
Before entering into the details of the quality of this type of treatment, we should clarify that this is not so common in Africa and Nigeria.

Research studies have shown that owning a pet makes a significant difference in patients with depression, and the reason for this is due to:
1. Owning a pet reduces stress and tension.
2. Owning a pet increases the general sense
of health and well-being of the owner of this
animal.
3. Visibly improves the patient's mood.
4. It was found that for people with heart
attacks, the rate of recurrence of the attack
during the first year decreases by five times if
these people own pets.
5. Pets have feelings and needs, and therefore
you will feel that there is a living being who
shares your needs and your daily life.

4. Using The Massage Method:
It turns out that massage is one of the most important factors that contribute significantly to reducing blood pressure and relieving headaches.

In one study conducted by the Nigerian Medical College, they found that depressed patients had lower stress hormones while receiving massage sessions. They stated clearly and explicitly that they were able to sleep better.

Perhaps the massage centers are somewhat expensive, but there are many methods that you can follow in your home for massage, and do it yourself without costing you any money. your hands.

It was found that this method actually has the power to remove pain, heal stress and tension, and the credit for this method goes to Narendra Mehta, an Indian.

I can offer some steps and tips for depression patients to use to relieve their stress and anxiety.

It can also be used by some people if they are under severe and strong pressure, by following this training.

Indian Head Massage Steps:
1. Wear loose-fitting clothes, and put both of your feet on the floor.
2. Then massage the entire scalp, using both the thumbs of the hands, and the rest of your fingers, extracting any feeling of tension through rubbing and massaging.
3. Massage your chest (the area between your eyes and ears) using circular motions using the bottom of your palms.
4. Look down, then massage the back of your head, starting from the top of the neck, and moving down.

Using one hand at first, then using the other hand, you can repeat this procedure several times.

5. By Eating healthy foods Method:
Also, eating some healthy foods helps you get rid of this feeling, as it has been proven that eating some vegetables and fish such as tuna and salmon, because they contain omega-3 fatty acids .

Also, spinach and avocado contain a large proportion of folic acid, which contributes significantly to improving the mood.

Many researches and studies have indicated that a person gets enough sleep. It can contribute a great deal to the prevention of depression.

In this article, I have reviewed how you can treat depression without medication, using 5 methods.

Kindly share your views and help someone know about this.
Health / 15 Signs That Can Judge A Person As Depressed: Number 10 Is Most Dangerous. by KingOfBrandLink(m): 1:03am On Aug 28, 2021
15 Signs That Can Judge a Person as Depressed.

Symptoms of depression are one of the topics that occupied the field of psychiatry in the recent time, as it is known that mental illnesses are more harmful than organic diseases, because organic disease can determine the location of pain and the main cause of the center of pain, but such things do not happen with mental illnesses in general.

Depression is difficult to notice clearly, especially in the initial stages of the onset of depression, but certainly there are a group of factors or symptoms that appear on the patient, but cases differ from one patient to another. But let's first try to understand what depression is scientifically.

What is depression?
Depression can be defined in general as a psychological disorder in which the patient feels very sad for a long time, completely disengages from pleasant or even traditional things, does not want to go to work, read newspapers, meet friends, or adjust to life.

Depression in other definitions is a mood disorder that involves a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest, which is different from the mood swings that people regularly experience as part of life.

Depression is not a weakness and you can't simply 'get rid of it'. Depression may require long-term treatment, but don't be discouraged.

Most people with depression feel better with medication, psychotherapy, or both.

Major life events, such as severe accidents, misfortunes, loss of a loved one, life trauma, loss of work, money, project failure, and other causes can lead to depression. Doctors also consider feelings of sadness as part of depression if they last for a while.

Depression is a continuous and not a transient problem that occurs from episodes during which symptoms last for at least two weeks, and depression can last for several weeks, months or years, but here we must ask ourselves an important question.

What is the Difference Between Sadness, Anxiety and Depression?

Some are unable to differentiate between sadness, anxiety and depression, and some even describe the sadness they experience as depression, well what is the difference?

Sadness: It is defined as that feeling that afflicts a person when exposed to some situations such as the death of a person close to you, the loss of a job or the end of a romantic relationship. More than two weeks unlike depression.
Anxiety: It can be defined as a feeling of pressure and constant fear that something might happen.

Anxiety and depression are two sides of the same coin, they are similar in that they are related to a low level of serotonin in the brain. It is believed that depression and anxiety stem from the same biological vulnerability, which may explain why they continue to go hand in hand. Since anxiety makes depression worse (and vice versa), it's important to seek treatment for both conditions.

From this, we conclude that there is a direct relationship to psychological causes and their impact on the physical factors of a person. Depression or anxiety increase the level of serotonin, but what is serotonin?

What is serotonin And its Relationship to Depression?

Serotonin is a type of chemical that helps transmit signals to the brain region and is one of the neurotransmitters in the brain that send signals between brain cells, and it is believed that a diverse group of brain cells, up to 40 million cells in the brain, most or some of them are affected by serotonin and therefore This substance has a direct effect on human health, such as:
- Mood.
- The behavior.
- Body temperature.
- Memory and learning.
- Sleep.
- Concupiscence.
- Appetite, digestion and bowel movement.
- Coagulation.
- Bone Health.

Research has linked a lack of serotonin to depression, as well as an increase in it to an improvement in mood, so drugs that increase serotonin in the brain have been adopted as antidepressants.

15 Signs of Depression.

Depression, like any other disease, has a set of symptoms that distinguish it. The following are the 15 most important signs of depression.

Physical and psychological symptoms of depression.

Forgetfulness and loss of focus is one of the things that many suffer from, but it develops in cases of depression, as the patient forgets the simple details of his life or work.

15. Constant Waking Up at Night
Many people suffer from the problem of waking up continuously at night, as this problem is not only a symptom of depression, but it is a symptom of many other psychological diseases, and it has many causes, so you should consult a doctor if this is prolonged to assess your condition whether you are depressed or not.

You may feel at times that you suffer from depression, especially after reading these symptoms, but here I must note that you need to consult a specialist to diagnose the condition correctly and to know whether you have depression or not and to diagnose the situation correctly.

Health / How To Break Free From Addiction In 7 Days. by KingOfBrandLink(m): 8:39pm On Aug 24, 2021
Addiction Treatment Program in 7 days.

Having to end your addiction problem in 7 days could be the most exciting experience you would ever have.

The treatment of drug addiction is witnessing a remarkable development in recent times, and despite the multiplicity of methods and means of treatment, the patient initially wonders about the duration of the treatment program, and when he will return to reintegrate into society again without drugs.

The treatment programs range from full board for men, full board for females, half board, relapse prevention, adolescents, the 12-step, and many other programs that have achieved tangible healing results towards a more recovering therapeutic community from addiction, and have effectively contributed to overcoming the steps of addiction treatment, reaching to recuperation and recovery.

It is one of the latest methods of addiction treatment that has become close to the solutions provided by addiction treatment clinics. It is the drug naltrexone that has become a strong supporter in getting rid of drug addiction, and the difference of this program from other programs lies in its duration according to its therapeutic name "the 7-day addiction treatment program".

How Does Naltrexone Work

Naltrexone, which is available under the name Depade, ReVia or Vivitrol, is a drug that stops the action of drugs and their effect in the body, by closing the opiate receptors in the brain, so that if the patient continues to use, the effect of the drug does not work in the body at all, but it is present in the body, but without effect, so do not feel the euphoria or euphoria of the drug.

Naltrexone and Combination Therapy:

However, naltrexone alone is not sufficient to recover from addiction, as the disease is required to join a group or individual treatment program to change the addictive behaviors that he practices, but naltrexone is characterized as a quick solution to help the addict stop using in a short period of time, and the fact that many addicts, they cannot stop using themselves and often need an outside support to help them stop using.

Naltrexone and Drug Treatment:

Naltrexone is used in the treatment of many different types of drugs, as it is used in the treatment of addiction to heroin, morphine, tramadol, and alcohol, and naltrexone is used in the treatment of fentanyl, or acetylfentanyl, which is an opiate drug, and is used as a medical drug to relieve chronic pain in patients Cancer, and its analgesic power exceeds heroin by more than 10 times, and is stronger than morphine by dozens of times, so its effects and the damage it avoids are very dangerous, including difficulty breathing, heart suppression, and may eventually lead to death, and some symptoms appear on acetylfentanyl abusers, Including loss of appetite, nausea, constipation, pain in the abdomen and joints, dry mouth and nasal mucous membranes, and the drug acetylfentanyl is used intravenously, and may cause some psychological diseases, especially anxiety, insomnia, hallucinations, and depression.

The addicted to acetylcholine needs large quantities of naltrexone, and the danger of the treatment here lies in the poisoning of the patient with drugs mixed with "acetyl", especially mixing it with heroin, and he needs a specialized doctor, or a highly qualified addiction treatment center .

How to Take Naltrexone:

1. Oral tablets at a specified time.
2. Monthly Injections.
3. Implant it under the skin, where its effect lasts according to the concentration of the amount of naltrexone in the capsule. Usually, the types are “capsule” that stay in the body between 2 to 6 months, and there is another type between 8 to 12 months.

How Safe is Naltrexone:

Naltrexone is considered a safe way to protect the person from the dangers of drug abuse, but it is very dangerous for the patient to take large quantities of drugs, then he is at risk of developing the consequences of drug overdose, and this may lead to death.

The method of implanting naltrexone under the skin is considered one of the most effective methods, because people who have an old history of permanent relapses, or who cannot take it orally, its effect lasts for a long time without the patient being bound by a specific date.

Naltrexone has no side effects, except the effects of drug withdrawal, and therefore it is preferable to be implanted after the withdrawal symptoms period ends, and it is under therapeutic observation, and is part of a behavior change treatment program.
Health / 10 Mistakes Most Families Make In Dealing With Drug Addict! by KingOfBrandLink(m): 10:36pm On Aug 13, 2021
10 Mistakes Most Families Make in Dealing With Drug Addict!

Find out which mistake deepens the problem and result in more serious effect.

When I found out that one of my sons was taking drugs, I was surprised and pained.

The confusion was not the only one that has been my companion since this moment, but the fear for him and his future almost killed me.

This date was not lost on my mind, and my memory did not erase it, so I decided to confront the problem, and try to find a quick and effective solution.

Until I knew that the decision was the most important step for treatment, then I searched for a specialist, and then made effort and money until my son returned to his normal life.
- Mrs. Ejiroghene Bright recounts.

The recovery journey for the addict’s family is the most difficult and painful in their lives, as they do not have the slightest experience of what they should do about this disaster from their point of view.

The beginning of the painful experience, from now on, will be the real ordeal in the life of that family, which only has to follow the therapeutic institution in which it trusted, take the opinions of specialists, and above all seek the help of God.

But there are common mistakes that the addicted son/daughter's family makes without realizing that falling into them may deepen the problem, and result in more serious effects than the show itself.

I Monitor 10 Mistakes That Familes Make in Dealing With The Addicted Son.

1. Ignore the problem:
Dealing with the son/daughter as being in adolescence in which curiosity is an essential feature, and that the son will be fine when he matures and grows.

2. Do not leave this at home:
Not being indifferent to the danger of leaving analgesics, sedatives, and narcotic drugs in easily accessible places, is one of the most common mistakes.

3. Pay attention to one of them at the expense of the rest:
To spend all your time worrying about your child with a drug problem, and ignore the rest of your children trying to make their choices as good as possible.

4. Unconscious extravagance:
Continuing to give your son money unconsciously, or your son spending his money on drug abuse to the best of your knowledge and doing nothing, and the one who pays for that is the mother who does not know that one of her sons is now addicted because he is “spoiled.”

5. Delayed confrontation:
The more you delay in confronting your abused son, the more you will pay the price for this many times over, as the matter does not require all this trouble, just take the first decision to confront, and then seek to solve the problem from the beginning.

6. No to isolation:
One of the worst feelings that you may convey to your son/daughter is to deal with the logic of isolation from people and society just because he fell into the clutches of drugs and addiction . Beware not to isolate him psychologically or socially.

7. Don't justify it:
Justifying the addicted son in front of his family, especially his sisters, results in them feeling indifferent towards the wrong actions they are doing without feeling the seriousness of the problem of abuse.

8. Psychotherapy:
As soon as your son enters a recovery program, you must be aware that attending psychotherapy sessions helps him recover properly, and abandoning him at this stage is a setback that may return him to square zero.

9. Back to the same environment:
To be satisfied with the first stages of addiction treatment, and to be happy about your son’s return to a life that seems normal, without completing the treatment program, and falling into a trap is one of the most serious problems, is to make him into the same environment in which he fell into drug abuse and addiction.

10. Communication is better than cure:
After going through this painful experience, do not leave your children without real communication, talk to them, share their problems, their private lives, so that one of them does not become a new victim in the merciless world of addiction, for communication is better than treatment.
Health / The Secret Relationship Between Drugs And Cancer, And How To Receive Treatment by KingOfBrandLink(m): 12:04am On Aug 08, 2021
The most important questions and answers about the relationship between drugs and cancer you should know.

Drugs and cancer, it may have come to your mind before what is the relationship between them, without knowing the damages of drug addiction to the physical and psychological state of the addict, which has spread during the past years, and the first causes of cancer were alcohol, stimulants and tobacco products, so in the following article we learn On the relationship between drugs and cancer, and how to receive treatment.

What is the relationship between drugs and cancer?

Before we talk about the relationship between drugs and cancer, we must know that cancer risk factors are extensive, such as a person’s age and hormonal fluctuations, in addition to drug and tobacco product use, which we mention in detail, as they include:-

The relationship between cancer and each of the following:

Tobacco and cancer

The Nigerian Cancer Society confirmed that nearly 30% of cancer deaths were caused by tobacco products, with an estimated 87% of lung cancer deaths in men, and 70% of cancer deaths in women, due to toxic nicotine.

Tobacco smoke contains harmful chemicals, 70% of which cause cancer, in addition to the toxic effect of tobacco, which harms every organ in the body, and causes lung cancers:

Steroids and cancer

People usually use anabolic or testosterone-like steroids to improve physical activity and increase their muscle mass, because the liver is responsible for excreting toxins and excreting steroids from the body. It is the first organ to be damaged, and a person develops:
- Liver tumors.
- Liver infections.
- Adenomas;

It also includes hormonal changes resulting from the use of steroids, which form other cancers, as well as cause prostate cancer in men, and cervical cancer in women.

Injecting drugs and cancer

The relationship between injecting drugs and cancer poses a group of risks to an addict, especially injecting drug use, which includes:
- Hepatitis C.
- Hepatitis B.

And then this develops into a type of cirrhosis of the liver, which is called hepatocellular carcinoma, and causes more than 20 thousand deaths annually from drug addicts by injection or by smell.

Marijuana and cancer

Many believe that cannabis products (marijuana, cannabis) are safe drugs that do not cause cancer, but this belief is wrong, because they are a factor in the development of some types of cancer.

Several studies have indicated that cannabis use causes an increased risk of cancer:
- lungs.
- Neck.
- Head.
- Respiratory system.

Marijuana use also increases the risk of testicular cancer, especially in young men, and this type of cancer called non-seminomatous germ cell tumor.

Alcohol and cancer

According to several studies that confirm the death of about 3.5% of alcohol users, due to cancer, the risk of alcoholics being exposed to cancer increases if they:
1. Used large quantities.
2. Prolonged drinking of alcohol.

The rates of alcohol and cancer are associated with a significant level if the period of use is longer, and the person suffers from:
- Esophageal cancer.
- Liver Cancer.
- Breast cancer.
- Cancer (larynx, mouth, throat).

Excessive use of alcohol causes cancer, in many of the following ways:-

1. During the oxidation process, alcohol increases the production of radicals that damage DNA and body fats.

2. Alcohol increases the level of estrogen in a woman's blood, which increases the risk of breast cancer.

3. Alcohol prevents the body from absorbing beneficial nutrients, such as folic acid.

4. It increases calories in the body, making it more susceptible to obesity and an increased risk of cancer.

5. As the body processes alcohol, it becomes acetaldehyde, which damages cells and genetic.

Does the combination of tobacco and alcohol precipitate cancer?

Both tobacco and alcohol increase the incidence of cancer individually, combining them together increases the risk of cancer, especially since alcohol makes it difficult for the body to get rid of toxins, which consists in:
- The mouth.
- Esophageal cancer.
- Throat Cancer.
- Nasal cavity.

How is Drug-induced Cancer Diagnosed?

Drug-induced cancer is usually diagnosed in the later stages, with symptoms associated with the cancer developing.

Where the doctor performs a nuclear scan of the patient, so that he can know the type of cancer that the person suffers from, and then undergoes a treatment program.

Important Tips To Prevent Cancer

Avoid tobacco
You can avoid tobacco products, and nicotine, because they cause a high risk of cancer, especially lung and throat cancers.

Drug Addiction
Drugs, both manufactured and natural, cause different types of cancers, which we mentioned before, so the relationship between drugs and cancer causes you to destroy your mental and physical health.

Eat healthy
Foods rich in vitamins and fiber are among the most effective types of cancer prevention, but try to reduce red meat and saturated fats, which increase the risk of prostate cancer and colon cancer.

Exercise
Physical activity and healthy exercise reduce the risk of colon cancer and reduce a woman's risk of breast cancer.

Stay away from alcohol
Alcohol and cancer, as many studies have confirmed that it makes a person more susceptible to cancer of the larynx, mouth, liver and colon, as well as malignant tumors of alcohol and tobacco addicts.

No exposure to radiation
Try to protect yourself from ultraviolet rays, which cause skin cancers, due to the harmful rays of the sun.

In the end, the relationship between drugs and cancer is a direct relationship, and it causes the body to perish, as drug addiction and cancers, especially lung cancer, always end, so if you have any signs and symptoms that cause concern , you must make an appointment with the doctor, and find out what you suffer.

Wherever you find hope... you find life.

Share your opinion: I'll be happy to see them.

How to treat children from addiction?
This is done by joining an addiction treatment clinic and going through a treatment plan that includes several steps, including:

1. Treatment of withdrawal symptoms without pain:
It is the first stage of treatment, which many may fear, in which the patient completely stops using the drug, and the resulting drug withdrawal symptoms are treated through a drug program, and they pass easily and without pain.

2. Psychotherapy and behavioral rehabilitation:
In the second step of treatment, the patient is psychologically rehabilitated and the causes that prompted addiction are treated, in addition to changing his way of thinking and general behavior, liberating him from the drug's control over him and restoring confidence in himself again.

3. Surrounding yourself with a supportive therapeutic community:
The patient will be surrounded by a therapeutic community that gives the child support and surrounds him with feelings of love, which encourages him to continue treatment and prevents him from being exposed to any motivating factors that encourage him to use, whether they are places or friends, in addition to preventing the diversion of any narcotic substances to him.

4. Training the child to resist thoughts of abuse:
The patient is trained to resist compulsive thoughts to use the drug and learn how to control them and distract the mind from thinking about them.

5. Relapse prevention:
At the last stage of treatment, the patient is trained to coexist without using drugs, to deal calmly with pressures and situations, not to escape from them, and to give training courses to return to school life again.

Children are the heritage of God, if you take good care of them you shall reap the fruits thereof.

DISCOVER HOW TO WIN POVERTY AND NEVER GO BROKE AGAIN!

See what you have been doing wrongly that kept you poor...

According to the oldest history book, poverty has been the enemy of humanity that must be fought with every zest and will.

The whole world today through United Nations is fighting against poverty why because it knows no age, gender, colour or sect. It has led many to untold hardship, hunger and disease resulting in untimely dead. But the fight is more personal than collective.

If you want to live a balanced life; healthy, wealthy and free from poverty forever, then this article is for you.

However, after applying the same principles I have written here, I have completely won the fight. For years now I have lived in financial bliss, earning daily from the comfort of my house.

You too can win the fight if you follow the steps below.

Have a Transformed Mind

First, you need to radically change all your ideas about people, life, values, money (most people think money is dirty). They blame their predicament on people and so on. After all, they were the ones who led you to the situation you are in.

No Sir, it is because you have a poor mindset about money that is why you are poor. You can’t hate what you want and also hate the people that have it, and expect a different outcome.

There are principles and systems you may have been neglecting: these principles engender prosperity, and financial freedom.

In the beginning, people have equal opportunities, but for some reason some become rich and prosperous people, while others lead a half-life. To change these ideas, you need to find and analyze them.

Check Your Network.

The second stage is to get rid of those who pull you down. Who are your friends? What value are they adding to your life? If you count five poor persons around you check well there are six including you.

Make valuable connections because your network determines your net worth. I model rich and successful people. I associate with rich and successful people. If they can do it, I can do it!

Set Personal Goals

In the third stage, you need to reach/find your goals (motivation). You will be surprised when you start thinking about your goals. It will stir the hunger in you which will give you a push.

Hungry people are never afraid of promoting their values. It will keep you focus, deeply rooted in one thing till you achieve it.

A hungry man is never ashamed of what and how he can get food, all he cares at that moment is attaining satisfaction. The goals should be yours alone, for personal use only.

Earn While You Learn

The next step is to raise funds to make money and achieve your goals (money cannot be a goal). There are many ways to make money. In short, they can be divided into 4 groups - work for someone, freelancer, investment and Jobs.

Rich people spend their time learning how to make and increase their wealth. While poor people spend time watching BB Naija and other irrelevant things.

Most people are broke because they don’t have a high income skills. They don’t have a skill that can be highly paid for. A lack of money is not the problem but lack of high income skills.

There Is a difference between a high income profession (medicine), a high income job (Chevron) and a high income skill (Copywriting). The first two takes years to acquire, the third can be learnt in months with the right materials and dedication.

Most people have "common" skills, that's why they are highly replaceable.

You can take my high income skill training and how to apply it for one week... the link is at the end of this article.

Note, people who make big money do it for one reason only - they want to make big money.

Lastly, Pay Attention

Now you could begin to wonder what to do to get out of it. First, it is helpful to understand the cause of poverty.

If you want to know more about ‘why you are poor?’ there is a material I will give you for free worth $50 that will really help you. It helped me made more money than I expected in a month. That a seventy thousand job I was doing was an insult to me.

Helpful Tips

To get out of poverty, it is not enough just to "do something" or "work somewhere". This is exactly the path to poverty and misery! To become rich, you must summarize the rules and follow certain principles.

Money comes to you through other people. Communicate, make connections and meet people. A bad environment almost always draws you into poverty.

The media has become the new government in recent times.

Ever since a technology was built around information, networking and opinion formation became easier.

Bad influential leadership of governments and nations has been exposed greatly since this revolution started.

Nations are already afraid!

Will they take us back to when they control every damn thing?
