chiiraq802:No tangible reforms and progress can ever be made as long as the president is vested with the power of appointing electoral umpires. |
It seems Buhari and his gangs were even learners compared to these present day dragons ![]() |
Merry100:What sacrifices are you talking about? A man will sacrifice his happiness for his family while a woman will sacrifice her family for her happiness. |
gidgiddy:The intonation bro. Ask anyone about what I wrote up there, they will tell you it's the truth. You can make a simple search on Google or even Facebook. |
gidgiddy:I'm not even talking about the street names or whatever. I'm talking about how the Anambrarians treat the Ebonyians. An Ebonyian living in Anambra has to endure a lot of mockery. Just go to Facebook, the hate is everywhere. |
One SA idiot was ranting and insulting Nigerians, he even tagged us Zoogerians and said that he wouldn't have won had it been their player wasn't injured. He brought out all excuses, you know the normal losers excuses of 'ifs, buts, had it been' I had to put the xenophobic idiot in his place. Why SA hate us is what I'm trying to understand. We don't even share a common boundary, neither are we in same region. |
Between 28 February 1810, and 28 December 1813, Bugatti beheaded 56 people using the guillotine. Giuseppe Franconi, who was executed on 23 January 1826, was the last person Bugatti beat to death. One man was hanged, quartered, and beheaded before having his body burned on 27 February 1800, for stealing two ciborium. Domenico Capolei was executed on 2 May 1857, for killing the governor of Marino. Antonio De Felici was executed on 11 July 1855, for attempting to assassinate Cardinal Secretary of State Giacomo Antonelli. Bugatti was not allowed to leave the Vatican except for official business. The payment for each execution was three cents of the Roman Lira. He was given a residence [fr] in Borgo and a pension after his retirement.[3] He was given the nickname Mastro Titta, a slurred version of maestro di Giustizia (master of justice). Vincenzo Balducci, Bugatti's assistant since 1850, succeeded him as executioner and served until 1870. Balducci executed twelve people. |

Bugatti became the official executioner for the Papal States at the age of 17 in 1796, and served until 1865. His tenure was overseen by the popes Pius VI, Pius VII, Leo XII, Pius VIII, Gregory XVI, and Pius IX. He also performed executions during the French occupation of the Papal States. He offered snuff to those who were about to be executed. At the Via dei Cerchi Bugatti executed 516 people with methods such as decapitation with an axe or guillotine, slicing their throats, or being drawn and quartered. Maître Roch, a contemporary execution in France from 1834 to 1879, executed 68 people for comparison.[10] Bugatti's first execution was of Nicola Gentilucci, who was hanged and quartered in Foligno on 22 March 1796, after killing a priest and coachman and robbing two Friars. The last person he executed was Domenico Antonio Demartini, conducted on 17 August 1861, for murder. |
Giovanni Battista Bugatti (6 March 1779 – 18 June 1869) was the official executioner for the Papal States from 1796 to 1865, during which he carried out 516 executions under six popes and the French government before being succeeded by his assistant Vincenzo Balducci. The list of people he executed ranged from thieves to assassins using methods such as beating, beheading, and being hanged, drawn and quartered. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giovanni_Battista_Bugatti |
Mabuggi88:Icankel is still living in delusion. Go to Onitsha and tell them you are from Ebonyi, you are automatically a 'wawa' person. I hate people who shy away from the truth. |
icankel:You are lying to yourself my brother. It's very visible to the blind and audible to the deaf. They don't hide it. |
The hatred an average Anambra man has for his Ebonyi counterpart is legendary, it's so visible that the Anambra man makes jest and mockery of his counterpart at every given opportunity. If you visit let's say Onitsha and introduce yourself as an Ebonyian, you don buy market be dat ![]() You would be subjected to all manner of mockery, derogatory words will be thrown at you as if you have done something wrong__your only crime is being an Ebonyian. They will mock you and tag you 'Nwa Abakeleke' everybody is from Abakeleke. Their ignorance won't allow them to understand that not every Ebonyian is from Abakeleke same way not every Anambrarian is from Awka. A whole lot of places especially in the metropolitan areas in Onitsha don't rent out their houses again to Ebonyians yet, they all claim to be Igbos. They are very angry and annoyed and even questioned why an Ebonyi man (Ekpa) should be the one spearheading Biafra's agitation in the absence of Kanu. The truth here is that they see an Ebonyi man as way below them. An Anambra man might give up Biafra just because an Ebonyi man is the champion. If there should be anything like Biafra, there would be a terrible implosion. It would be a clash of egos, what is being witnessed in Nigeria might be a child's play because the 'timid' Ebonyians as referred to by Anambrarians are waking up and won't just allow anyone to bully them. I don't think an Enugu man will allow that too, neither will an Imo or Abia man. There would be a clash of interests. |
These are the same guys that harass the people who are protesting for their own benefits. A couple of days ago, acting and serving policemen were dispersing the retired protesting policemen. Funny enough, the retired protesting policemen were protesting for better pay and retirement benefits ![]() |
Dzzzz:It's very explainable for a wife. Wetin be babe? How you wan take explain yourself out of the matter? |
ThunderfireNLMO:I swear, many are so used to disorder and in discipline that they can't survive in a sand and orderly society. |
Go back to regionalism and everything will fall into place. Let everyone control their resources, it's simple. Creating more states means creating more looting governors. |
ImoleNaija:Check again. It's SK not SA. |
No African country is in the list but Africa is vested with untold and abundance of wealth. The fools who parade themselves as leaders are more interested in looting than creating an enabling environment for innovation, research, and growth of businesses. The so called leaders would rather beg their white masters for crumbs than create an abundance from the wealth they have. |
Denningtedy:They just told you that he died of prostate cancer yet you are still asking what the cause could be ![]() Are actors not suppose to die? Are actors suppose to be immortal? Are actors the only ones dying? |
SusanOpeyemi:You are the kid here for failing to understand that I might be older than your father. Where and how did l say that Cristiano is the original Ronaldo or otherwise? Read with understanding, don't just read to throw tantrums. |
Funny enough, fools will come up with excuses to defend this. What stopped or stops these fools parading themselves as leaders from building standard hospitals? Imagine the King of England touring Nigeria for medical trips ![]() Even the so-called Bello is praying the courts to grant him leave to go on medical check up abroad, the same Bello claimed he built world class hospitals in Kogi. Now the question is; why can't he make use of same hospital he built? |
Omihanifa:She alleged that the said lawyer, by virtue of her position, manipulated the process to her own advantage, leaving her short-changed in the divorce settlement. |
I saw Ronaldo and thought it was Cristiano but quickly realized that Zlatan can never say anything good about Cristiano let alone idolizing him as he Zlatan is way older. If I were Ronaldo, I would also be jealous of Cristiano because Cristiano not only eclipsed his records, he also swallowed his name ![]() |
It's better as he's finally journeyed to the great beyond. His family tried and did all they could to save him, this highlights the importance of money, he would have been long gone had it been they were poor. Rest in peace to him. |
That Ten Hagg guy is just overrated. Ajax simply made him look good. |
cenaman:Nigerians love... |
Ganjafama:Igboho never created or sponsored any terror group that killed and maimed people. Though both of them were accused of same crime, their approaches weren't same. Kanu's approach was more confrontational and violent. |
jlinkd78:Government is a continuum_Bubu is chilling under 6 feet but a new sheriff is in charge. |
All these are unnecessary. It'll only lead to the proliferation of thieving looters called governors. Why not put for a regional government where everyone will control their own resources? |
