I don't support what they did but I think if they had shared for the citizens too the citizens would not have thought about getting that of others by force.

Donor agencies and individuals should please distribute donations from bottom to top so that those at the bottom gets theirs first since they are susceptible to taking that of others.

I can't remember how the goals and assists were for me to make a choice based on fact and not sentiment.
