Mercury sometimes appears close to Venus ( interestingly Venus has phases just like the moon which can be seen with binoculars) , Mars, Saturn, Jupiter are all visible with the naked eyes.
And If you have a pair of binoculars / tetelcope you can even see the moons of Jupiter and how they orbit that planet.

From elementary astronomy. We recall that Venus is in the inner orbit withbplanet Mercury, since it's closer to the sun it has a higher orbital velocity and it's radius of orbit is much smaller than that of planet Earth.
If you can imagine this in your mind , you'll see Earth orbiting the sun with Venus but the latter will sometimes appear to be behind Earth and at other times it appears to be ahead.
Currently Venus is behind us which is why we see it in the Western sky , after a while it will move out of Earth's view while it will orbits round the sun, ( since it has a s smaller orbit and higher velocity) and appear in the East as a morning star.
I tried to dumb down on the specifics so I don't sound conflicting.

Man made satellite dont usually stay in one place, they move against the background of the nightsky, because they're not too far up just a few hundred kilometres, except it's in geostationary orbit ( 36,000km), and that's a little further up and waaay more difficult to see with naked eyes
