just have only one atm card, master cards accept all ATMS. so if i have 1million total, i can put 990,000 in one account not linked with ATM. Then the remaining 10k would be on the second account link to my card. Maybe on a weekend i want to make use of 20k, i wil simply transfer 11k from the account without atm to the one with atm

I think you should teach us how not to fall for this kind of scam.

1. Always safeguard ur card and pin. (most especially d card)
2. Make sure u have double accounts. D account linked to ur atm should have little funds
3. If u always transact business online be sure of the originality of d site
4. Ur phone number can be cloned so u should try connect ur card to email, its more safer if fraudsters wants to be desperate
5. Always verify some sites that are doing bonuses/cheap sales. Some prof uses it to collect details
6. D safest its not having card at all afterall wetin consign dog with bittercola
