there are two possibilities involved..
1} you didnt shade your details correctly.
2} the ICT unit of UNIUYO made silly blunders.
The above are the two MAIN causes.

disc20: UNIUYO aspirants who did not score upto 200 in their post utm exams are advised to obtain 2013 UNIUYO BASIC STUDIES FORM. Call Ifiokobong @ 08026529647 for details on how to register.

I have to admit i am very amazed/perplexed that the presence of the MEDICS in this thread is very LOW, one thing i have realised in most NAIRALAND ADMISSION THREADS is that the MEDICS DOMINATE!!...I wonder where they all are??...We have one or two medical students in the thread i.e DIBANGOKING[anatomy].
I am resolute that they are also in NAIRALAND probably as guests...but they will show up maybe after the list has been released.

Like you rightly mentioned earlier, some schools do that but not all. I can safely say that any school that sells supplementary forms rarely does that, Uniuyo inclusive.

As for the rookie and pro part, my bro forget that. We are all learners.

I thought as much...I also noticed that most of the schools that DO practice that have MORE THAN 3(three) admission lists, while UNIUYO has merit list,second list and supplementary lists....Mawning to you to sir!!

Is it possible for UNIUYO to admit a candidate into a course he/she didnt apply for?? I.e Mr A, applied for International studies and was admitted into Mass comm.
I ask this question because, i have seen such instances occur in numerous universities e.g UNIBEN,UNIZIK etc......... Does UNIUYO do same? @Andrew,Rueben etc, i await your ever insightful responses.#rookie like me#

Well, left for me, I would say some courses there are really attractive though chances of getting them depend on one's JAMB combo. Courses like architeture, agric engineering, food engineering etc aren't that bad.

Honestly, I don't hope to supplement anything o. Merit is so so on point by the grace of God.

i said FACULTIES OF SCIENCE AND SOCIAL SCIENCES have pretty nice courses, but ART and EDUCATION aren't so attractive. What kind of course can a LAW aspirant apply for?.

Thanks for the information its very insightful. However, i think the courses that will be available to supplement to are NOT 9ICE COURSES, forgive me if there are aspirants of such courses in this room, but from what i have seen in your post...mehn...there is no ATTRACTIVE PROGRAMME.
FACULTY OF SCIENCE and SOCIAL SCIENCE have good programmes but ART..lol.. Those available programmes are WACK!!...wetin concern me with religious studies,education etc.

O lord!!..please Watch and secure our names in the merit list.

I know about that, I learnt that MOST LAW aspirants scored 300+.

#my opinion...I dont think a score BELOW 180 qualifies a candidate for admission, the general cutoff for either JAMB,POSTJAMB etc is 180+.

The DON himself, I will take responsibility for that because i think i made that statement. I said so because, GCE[waec/neco],TOEFL etc aren't the MAJOR exams in Nigeria thus making schools reject such exams....But Hope and Pray that UNIUYO wont reject your GCE.
