Good Morning, My Kia Rio 06 goes off after some minutes of driving, it starts and goes off again after some moments unless I leave it to really cool down. This started some weeks after I change the gear box. I got this code after scanning, P0708 & P1709. Kindly assist.

It's been unable to accelerate very well. Driving from gear 1 is usually very slow to pick up. And after moving for a while, it does pick up and accelerate.

But whenever I apply break and need to start from gear 1, the same thing happens. My car cannot even climb very well.

Please, I need your assistance and a competent Kia technician around Ogba for proper repairs.


Please my Kia Picanto 2010 (Automatic) is having similar issue. It also indicate oil light on the dash while in traffic for sometime.

Please I need solution asap.

I drove my（tontolo）Kia picanto from Ibadan to Lagos on N1500 worth of fuel, also to the office the next day. mind you, tontolo uses 1.1L size engine.
