Yes, Facebook is the best and after it I rate Instagram. I have ran ads before not for my store though but for other things and Facebook yields the best result. AdWords too rock. PayPal doesn't support Nigeria and if you use the backdoor to try and get one they might block you or limit your account for six months. I don't want that. From the people I have met here in Nigeria, dropshipping is really profitable and it is paying well
